Fabulous. A little taste of tiny-house living!
Pros: Great little single room flat in a good location, for the same price as a hotel room. Slightly away from the chaos of Shibuya but within easy walking distance. Comfortable, well appointed, clean, easy to get into. Washing machine was v helpful at the end of my long trip! Good bed and shower.
Cons: I had some trouble getting the washing machine to work! Some english instructions would be a great help for uneducated westerners like me:) NB there is no lift, only a narrow stair which some might find difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases. Also the bathroom is super compact, larger folk would struggle.

Excellent, we had a lot of fun, the building was lovely and the location was great!
Pros: The location was perfect, it was near everything we wanted to see. The design of the building was very nice and it was very clean. The surroundings, the streets and the neighborhood’s houses and buildings were also nice and clean. We had a beautiful view from our window and I specially appreciated the brightness of the sun inside our room , unlike the dark hotel rooms that seem depressing. We had almost everything we needed inside the room. On top of everything, it is awesome that there’s no need for a room card nor room keys, since you get a code from the tablet at the entrance.
Cons: The main negative point is that there is no elevator and I had a knee injury which made it difficult specially to go down the stairs. In addition the room was a bit small, perfect for us, but not for our 2 small carry on suitcases, we couldn’t walk around the room after opening them. And one last thing, less bothersome, but still negative because of my injury is that the uber didn’t want to come to the nearest pick up spot because of the small streets. (If I wasn’t injured, that wouldn’t have been a problem to me, since we love walking but for someone who either can’t walk or doesn’t like to walk that could be challenging.)

Pros: In an excellent location, close to the train lines and in a quieter part of Tokyo. Loved how easy check in and check out was.
Cons: Hard to find restaurants open later but after first few days we found some hidden gems

Pros: Location was perfect. The bathroom was big compared with how tiny the place is. Comfortable.
Cons: We weren't able to cook. There weren't cooking utensils. No cooking oil, no salt neither.

Loved it!!
Pros: It was the coolest place and coolest neighborhood to stay in Tokyo (in my view at least) - a short walk to Shibuya to feel connected to the downtown area whilst being in a really nice part of the city (especially if you're a shopaholic!!). The apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I literally used it as the place to accumulate shopping bags and to sleep.

Compact apartment with all requirements near transport, shopping and food.
Pros: The property was well located in Omotesando, Shibuya. Easy walking to train stations, shopping and places to eat. It was a quiet street even though it was close to active areas. It was clean and the people running it were quick to respond to any requests.
Cons: It’s very small (about 8x4 metres with the bathroom being 3x2m of that) however that’s very common and it was straightforward to get used to with a bit of organisation. Just a surprise initially.

Comfortable and super accessible! Will def stay again
Pros: The location was too goood to be true! Less than 15mins walk to any of the subway lines, super walkable distance to Shibuya!! And Cat street is literally a stone throw away!! The size of the room was just perfect for the two of us! Bed was super comfortable and more than enough room for two!
Cons: There was no elevators, just stairs! We were assigned to a room on the 4th floor so imagine carrying 2 big suitcases down 🤣
