Pros: Location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, hair dressers and train but quiet for resting end of day. Washing and drying capabilities were amazing. A/C heating worked perfectly, thank goodness as it was cold! 7-11s nearby were handy. They arranged 2 units side by side on 3rd floor for us. So thoughtful. Just like the pictures. Plenty of space in wardrobes or to fully open suitcase. Did not use fold out couch.

Cons: It was perfect for our family of 4!

Pros: Decent sized rooms for Tokyo. The location was 10 mins from the shibuya station and minutes from restaurants and shops. The Nintendo store was just up the road. Super good location. Very clean too

Pros: Great location, a short walk into central Shibuya. Lots of good food options nearby. Appartments was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities needed. The door codes made it convenient to get in and out.

Cons: My son and I are 6 foot++ tall, and the beds were a little small for us. However the beds were comfortable.

One of the best places to experience Tokyo from and work simulatenously.

Pros: The property was situated in an amazing place, very modern and also very high tech, I continued a job here that I had started in the UK and had plenty of space to edit from. The internet was also surprisingly fast clocking in at around 60mb/s which was decent enough to download 100GB plus in a night. The amenities were great and having a washing machine just there was great, the drying room was super useful. The bath was automatic with a timer, the shower had great pressure. The space was just really great in general and made for an amazing 15 day stay in Shibuya. The area in itself is the beating heart of Tokyo and you couldn’t stay anywhere better to experience it.

Cons: Nothing, it was all great.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, friendly and accommodating hosts. Couldn't fault it at all.

Pros: The location was excellent, directly between Harajuku and Shibuya, a short walk to the center of both and the train stations so easy to get out and back. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, as well as very clean. The hosts were very responsive through Booking.com's messaging service and by phone, as well as very accommodating of us having parcels delivered to the apartment and giving us a free late checkout to better align with our flight times.

Cons: There was very little we didn't like, the only minor complaints we could think of were that the bed was a little bit small for 2 x 6 foot tall+ people, but I believe the bigger rooms may have bigger beds so that's on us. A second bedside table would've been nice, but there were stools that could be used. We couldn't find any additional rubbish bags so the bins were overflowing a bit by the time we left after 9 nights, again we could have just bought some from the Family Mart directly across the road though.

Pros: The apartments are on a quiet side street in a very busy neighborhood, near the busiest of busy city centers and yet also near some small boutique shops and quiet streets and also not far from one of the largest parks in the city.

a small, hidden jewel away from hustled and bustle - yet within a few minutes you'll in the midst of hip Shibuya!

Pros: great location, nice, quiet and clean apartment, fantastic bed, well equipped kitchen and ample cleaning suply. Fantastic communication. Even recieved a token of apreciateion to my birthday🙏🏻

Cons: There is no reception in the building. You'll recieve a code to enter the building and the apartment. Unfortunately we did not get the code beforehand. Once we got it, it did not work. So we had to wait outside in the hot (30degrees) almost 45 minutes until the code has been resetted. Havinf said that... the communication through booking.com messenger was fast, onpoint and highly appreciated! Quite dark as there is only two small windows towards the next house and the terrace-window. Because the apartment is tube-like, the sleeping place (next to the terrace) is the brightest place. Next to it is the living room and the kitchen, that needs light turned on during the entire day.

Comfortable, spacious and convenient

Pros: We stayed for 10 nights and the property is spacious, conveniently located and has everything required for a comfortable stay. Easy to navigate all of the appliances, well equipped kitchen and the washing machine/dryer was an added bonus.
