Great spot , good value and very comfy beds .

Pros: Comfy beds and very clean. Good location for seeing the Sumo wrestlers. Very easy to catch the train too.

Cons: A little challenging understanding how to get into the main foyer but once you’ve done it’s easy.

Pros: The apartment is clean and comfortable for four people. It has the basic kitchen necessities: dishes, microwave, and refrigerator. The washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom control panel were a great convenience. The location is close to the train station. The automatic door key is a bit complicated, but convenient because you don't have to carry it around. Toiletries are available.

Great value for money!

Pros: The apartment unit is equipped with all the basic equipment you need on your stay - bathroom and toilet with the usual Japan technology, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, and sink. The community is so quiet while overall ofthe facilities is great (clean and organized as always).

Cons: I suggest that the apartment must provide/replace bath towels every day, for hygiene reasons. We were only given small size of bath towel and another face towel, which were a bit less standard when it comes to personal hygiene. For future travelers staying here, bring your own bath towel.

Overall, we loved our stay at The Parkcross Ryogoku Midori. The room is enough for 3 people and the location is also goo

Pros: The room is clean and has the complete equipment for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. It's also good that the bath tub and toilet is in separated room because one can use the toilet while the other is taking a bath in the tub. Really loved the room style and balcony view. The beds were also big enough and comfortable for us. The instructions in the manual were also easy to follow. Obaasan is also sweet and kind, greeting us every morning :)

Cons: We loved everything about the property. But if you'll mainly use subway, it is very convenient. For JR station, you need to walk 8-10 minutes, but that's okay since there were lots of shops on the way. We enjoyed strolling around.

Pros: ベッドが広く2人で寝ても充分でした新しい建物でしたので、匂いなども気にならず、快適に過ごせました！

Cons: お風呂や水回りのお掃除が今１つでしたが、気になるようなら、自身でお掃除したら特に気になるレベルではないかなと(^_^;) 床が滑りやすいので、靴下履いてるときは、要注意です洗濯機などもありますが、干す所が風呂場くらいしかないので、せっかくのベランダがもったいないかなぁと

Pros: 地點相當方便離都營兩國站約5分鐘路程, 附近有超市, 超商, 以及許多評價不錯的餐廳. 房間裝潢新整潔度ok~ WIFI相當快速廚房設備齊全餐具齊全. 整體居住環境安全,check in and out 輕鬆簡單.

Cons: 有附電視但並沒有無線電視台只有Youtube可供使用. 晨間會有電車聲, 若淺眠的人需注意.

It was an excellent facility and we had a great time staying there

Pros: It is a nice and clean facility, well maintained and has all the home appliances we need for longer stay😄 (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. Also very close to train station (Ryogoku station) so it is very convenient.
