Pros: The private entrance. The apartment is the only unit on the floor.

Cons: Nothing that I particularly dislike

Pros: The space and the view. We were travelling as a family of four for a few weeks through Japan and this was our kids favourite place. Location was great for us. Easy to walk to the nearest station although a couple of line changes to get to the big attractions. A lovely view of skytree. The sleeping arrangements were awesome. Two private double bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds in the living area. Very adequate kitchen facilities. Overall a great place to stay we loved it

Cons: Bit of a communication breakdown at checkin but the owner was very apologetic and did everything he could to get it sorted. Location not super close to Asakusa (By Tokyo standars), but still walkable with 2 kids. Not sure about distance to ueno attractions.

A perfect base for exploring Tokyo with excellent value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect for visiting Akihabara and Asakusa — both easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood was very pleasant and peaceful. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was exceptionally clean. The space was surprisingly large, easily fitting up to 8 people even with luggage. For the price, it was an unbeatable choice and absolutely worth it.

Cons: Nothing to complain about — everything was as expected or better!

Very big for Tokyo!

Pros: Very spacious, easy to locate, easy to get in, accomodation is a bit outdated and there was some cleaning that could have been done but all in all was a great stay. Have to appreciate how big it is.

Great location, clean and tidy, friendly host.

Pros: Location in Ueno is perfect. A quiet area, neighbour on one side of the street is a cemetery so really quiet! An easy stroll from Inaricho station passing konbini, cafes and restaurants on the main drag. Two bedrooms and a small kitchen/dining area with laundry/bathroom and toilet was all we needed for our week in Tokyo. A nice walk to Ueno Park or the Asakusa shopping area and temple or catch the metro down. Walk through the backstreets to “kitchen” street or discover the hidden restaurants. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable.

Cons: This is a 6 floor apartment building. The guests upstairs were noisy with moving furniture and stomping around, so I guess there is not much insulation between floors. And we couldn’t find the plug for the kitchen sink!

Will definitely recommend

Pros: The room was very spacious. We had a lot of space for our luggage and was very close to a konbini as well as Inaricho station. Room has everything we need. I like also that Tokyo Skytree can be seen from the windows as a nice little touch

Cons: The elevators are a bit small and can only fit 2 people. Got a bit scared when my toddler jumped and it shook a little lol but not a deal breaker, didn't mind it that much

Pros: We were well greeted on arrival and the place is clean and tidy!

Convenient, cosy and affordable apartment.

Pros: A cosy, mostly quiet place to rest. Great value. Convenient location. Reasonable facilities.

Cons: The construction happening next door was noisy. Fortunately we weren’t at the hotel most of the days so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Pros: Close to subway stations. Refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils in the room. Room is clean.

Cons: Could have used a few more clothes hangers (there are a few in the room but for two people it was not enough). Since the room is not very big, it might be tricky to fit more than one big suitcase.

Recommended, near the train station

Pros: It's clean and comfortable and spacious. Elevator is provided here.

Cons: Maybe too cold in the winter
