1 line to Asakusa! Projector

In a Japanese residental area, close to Togoshi Ginza street. Quiet, easy to get to Tokyo by train.

Pros: Location was very good a quiet area close to restaurants, shops and very close to Togoshi Ginza and Togashi stations. The host was very polite and responded quickly to questions. The apartment served us well and was well priced. We would return in the future.

Cons: Stairs were very steep not suitable for older guests with mobility issues. The bathroom was very small but I think in Japan this is normal. The floor lino tiles were lifting which could pose a trip hazard. Kitchen was small and not a full kitchen - however it serviced our purpose as we ate in Togoshi Ginza mostly (very well priced food)

Awesome

Pros: Clean and rooms were spacious Washing machines were handy for our adult kids rooms. Easy stairs not too high to get to rooms Excellent location to shops, cafes, restaurants and shopping areas. Choose from 3 different near by stations for trains - 5 minute walk to the closest one - approximately 12 minutes walk to the furthered one. Great stay and landlord was quick to answer all questions. We stayed at a 4 star hotel on our arrival and this place had the same if not more benefits with location etc and value for money.

Cons: Nothing all was great!

Pros: お部屋が清潔。宿泊の仕組みについて適切に説明があり分かりやすかった。 また、NetTVも便利だった。

Cons: 階段が急でトランクを上げ下ろししづらい。

Cons: The bathroom is super small if you're taller than 1.80m, you're likely to bump your head a couple of times :-)

Pros: 住宿體驗很不錯，還有投影的可以看，很讚。附近有商店街，很近很便利。非常喜歡這次的住宿，下次還會來這邊住的。

Muy cerca de estación y restauración

Pros: Esta en un barrio súper tranquilo, con varios restaurantes cerca y con la estación a unos cinco minutos.

Cons: Quizás el único inconveniente fue el pequeño escalón que hay de la cocina a la cama, nos dimos bastante en el dedo. Pero el resto estuvo todo muy bien.

Für zwei Personen echt zu empfehlen.

Pros: Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Nachts extrem ruhig, wir konnten mit offenen Fenster schlafen

Cons: Bad ist für Europäische Verhältnisse schon klein. Aber es hat alles gut funktioniert und war sehr sauber

Pros: 部屋の中がきれいでとても満足しました。洗濯機も自由に使用できて助かりました。 部屋の中へは暗証番号でスムーズに入ることができ、満足しています。 また、次回も東京に来ることがあれば、ここを利用したいと思います。

Cons: 特になし。

A cute apartment in a cozy house in a very nice and convenient location, overall a pretty good value

Pros: - Good location in a quiet and very cute Togoshi Ginza neighborhood, many convenient shops around, two train stations close-by, fairly quick to get around to major parts of Tokyo. - Moderately-sized apartment (at least for Japanese standards) with a small kitchen, and with standard equipment and some extra equipment we haven't seen often elsewhere (such as scissors and a mini vacuum which came in handy). - Located in a small building with a few other apartments so it doesn't feel crowded. As is standard in Japan, the walls are thin but the house was actually surprisingly quiet during the majority of our stay. - Two beds with separate mattresses and bedding. - Balcony and a bug net. - AC (although this is the norm in an area such as Tokyo) with a quiet night regime as well. - Very pleasant and responsive host.

Cons: - The bathroom is very small and there is no washlet (only a standard toilet). - The mattresses are spring and felt a bit old at this point and not the most comfortable (I think swapping for new foam mattresses would raise the comfort of the apartment significantly), the pillowcases have a fluffy/furry texture which is in my opinion too warm and not very comfortable for summer months. - The window to the apartment is above some sort of food place (which wasn't open late or loud so that wasn't a problem), which sometimes produced unpleasant odors that entered the apartment.

Great place to stay for 1st time in Tokyo

Pros: One of the cleanest places i’ve ever stayed. Comfortable beds, everything was accessible, well thought manual for guests (brilliant idea), fast internet, great location - metro or IK line, very close to the apartment (you go there through a street full of services, food, etc)! It’s more of a “loca” experience. *note - apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In Japan they don’t count the ground floor so 2nd floor is the 1st level.
