Good location to Tokyo, though with strange layout
Pros: Not too badly priced relative to how close it is to Tokyo. Super close to the train station, convenience stores, decent restaurants, etc. Windows had good sound insulation, and it was quiet despite facing a train line. The bathroom area was massive, for some reason. Wifi was strong, and working space was sufficient. Also had little kitchenette, which was appreciated.
Cons: Very cramped and with an unusual layout. Up a narrow flight of stairs, so not good if you have heavy baggage. I wouldn't call it a \

Among the best value for money in Tokyo, but mind the train crossing next door
Pros: Beautiful room, spacious for Tokyo and nice facilities. Great location (distance to transit)
Cons: Our room was facing train tracks, specifically next to the crossing. When the train passed the room shakes a bit (seeing its on floor 3) and when the train is passing the crossing a warning chime for pedestrians can be heard inside. We didn't mind this too much but if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Liked it because i can sleep in noise as well.
Pros: Nice surrounding, easy to get to the place. Clean and light room.

Pros: Had everything you needed and supper close to the station. Almost at the door step.
Cons: Being close to the train track meant you heard every bell and train going past.

仕事利用などで朝早くと夜まで部屋を使わないなら、コスパで考えたら、十分かと。
Pros: のきなみホテル代が値上がりしているなか、しかもビジネス利用などで高いエリアの五反田周辺で、仕事関係この値段で泊まれたのは本当にありがたかったです。 1歩出れば十分に便利なエリアなので、外食もあるし、節約したければテイクアウトで部屋で食事もできます。 一人暮らし向けな冷凍冷蔵庫もレンジもあるため、快適でした
Cons: 電車が近いのは慣れますが、2階の方の階段を降りるヒールの音や、部屋でスーツケース??を引きずる音、固いものを床に落とした音などが、すごく丸聞こえで、寝始めた時にその音が聞こえるとビックリします

駅近でコンパクト&キレイ
Pros: 駅近でアクセスよし。 コンパクトな作りですが、部屋や備品も綺麗で清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。 総合的に見てとても良かったです。
Cons: ・線路沿いなので電車の音が結構します。 終電後に就寝したので問題ありませんでしたが、早く休まれる方は耳栓など対策をしたほうがよいかも。 ・キッチン用の手拭きや食器拭きがないので、必要な方は準備した方が良いです。

Pros: Its super near a station, it is walking distance to cafes and fastfood. The unit has complete amenities with washer, dryer, mini kitchen, etc. It is also clean and well stocked. Its the perfect location.
Cons: the bedroom space is barely enough for 2 people, theres no space for 2 people to sleep properly beside each other. One sleeps on a bed and the other has to sleep on a mattress on the floor. There is also no space for luggages

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral. Wir mussten lediglich eine Minute gehen, um zum Togoshi- Ginza Bahnhof zu kommen. Von dort aus fährt man 5 Minuten zur Yamanote Line. Die Unterkunft ist total sauber, sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die zuvor nicht angegebenen Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche waren vorhanden. Da die Unterkunft direkt an den Schienen liegt, hört man die Züge auch deutlich. Nachts war das natürlich kein Problem, da der Zugverkehr ab Mitternacht eingestellt wird.

Pros: Alles Sehr gute Lage - direkt neben der Tokyu Ikegami Line und der Asakusa Metro Line, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. - Das Gebäude ist neu gebaut, modern und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine - alles, was man braucht. - Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut, auch wenn mir einmal eine Kakerlake begegnet ist - in einer so großen Stadt kann das leider passieren. - Das Personal war freundlich, der Preis top. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!
Cons: Eigentlich gab es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat - alles gut!

Pros: Molto carino e nuovo, pulitissimo. Accogliente e in una strada piena di negozi di tutti i tipi.
Cons: Molto vicino alla stazione, forse troppo visto che è proprio accanto ai binari.
