Pros: The location was perfect! 👌 Walking distance to Shinjuku and nearby stations (Ōkubo & Shin-ōkubo). Communication with the host was clear and easy.

Cons: The bed could have been a bit softer. However, that was a minor inconvenience that had more to do with my weak European back than the actual bed.

Great stay!

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet area which allows you to rest after visiting the busier parts of Tokyo. Also the check-in process was super smooth. The apartment had all we needed during our stay, even a kitchen. Fridge was a plus as well!

Cons: The stairs to go upstairs were a bit uncomfortable but it didn't bother us at all. Maybe not suitable for older people

Pros: Great space, everything you need is made available. The location is wonderful!

Cons: The ladder to get up to the loft is very painful on the feet and a bit hard getting down during the night.

Acceptable apartment with nice and quick owner

Pros: The location was quite convenient. It was near JR Okubo Station (+/- 5 mins walk), Tokyo Metro Station Nishi-Shinjuku (+/- 15 mins walk), and near supermarket (+/- 3 mins walk). The owner is nice and quick!

Cons: May not be applicable to everyone. We stayed 1,5 weeks, and there wasn't a cleaning service in between. Might to consider with the owner to have an additional cleaning service in between. The ceiling has a lot of lowered corners. So when you sleep on the upper level, please make sure not to bump your head on these corners.

A cozy apartment right next to Shinjuku!

Pros: The location is great - just a little walk from Shinjuku station. The apartment is private and has all the equipment needed even for a longer stay. The beds are comfortable and the washing machine is quick. It was very cozy and clean.

Cons: It is a bit small for more than two people to also have their luggage there (however, the space is used efficiently) and the ladder to climb to the bed on the higher level made my feet hurt a bit after using it multiple times.

Cons: There were no photos of the outside of the place, which made navigating harder.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour ici.

Pros: L’appartement était très propre et bien équipée, proche du métro et à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds de Shinjuku. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui était très sympathique.

Cons: La salle de bain est propre mais très petite.

Appartement au calme dans le quartier de Shinjuku

Pros: Appartement assez spacieux non loin de Shinjuku dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Emplacement idéal ! Nous n’étions que 2 mais vous pouvez totalement y séjourner à 4 avec la mezzanine. Hôte disponible et flexible si vous souhaitez déposer vos bagages avant le Check in. Je recommande ce petit appartement si vous voulez visiter Tokyo.
