Pros: Good views from top room, close to local food and train station. Way bigger room than I expected, would recommend.

Pros: Very well located near the train station, it was very clean and put together! The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the shinjuku skyline.

Pros: Nice little apartment with a great view over some sky scrapers from the bed. Washing machine available. Great location to explore Tokyo. It's a bit cold in winter, but the heater works fine.

Small, but good and cheerfull.

Pros: Apartment is located one stop away from Shinjuku station. Which makes it very easy to get to and from. Area is quiet residential, with a lively main road nearby with lots of shops and restaurants. It is very small, but perfect enough for two people.

Cons: Be warned, it is on the third floor, without a lift. So you do have to carry your lugguage upstairs.

Pros: Great and fast communication with the host. Nice view from the apartment, convenient location.

Cons: Wi-Fi was cutting out at times

Pros: The place was super clean and cozy, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the subway, so getting around was really easy. The host replied quickly to messages, and checking in and out was hassle-free. The bed was really comfy, and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great stay with awesome value for the price. Totally recommend it for small families or friends traveling together!

Great little place for 2 - would not recommend for 3

Pros: Location was excellent especially for the price - nice and clean.

Cons: Its definitely a lot smaller than what the photos look like. Perfect for 2 people that can share the bed - would not recommend for 3 people especially since the extra futon is very thin and not very comfortable.
