Pros: The place was clean and was well located. Easy to get to and from tourist destinations. Check in process was also really easy and the host gave great instructions.

Cons: The ladder to the loft area was quite long. The bottom 2 rungs did not have the padding that the other ones had so it was a little painful on the last 2 steps when coming down. It looked like they usually do have them though so perhaps they were in the process of replacing them? The beam running through the center of the room also means you have to crawl under it to get into the bed in the loft.

Great location, comfortable and clean

Pros: This place would be perfect for long or short stays. Nice and cosy for 3 people and the property was very clean! The location is amazing, it only took around 15-30mins to get to most of the places we wanted to see e.g Shibuya, Harajuku, Ginza etc. The host was also very friendly and helpful when we had questions. 10/10 recommend for people looking for a convenient and cosy spot to stay :)

A recommended stay for group

Pros: Well connected with train and bus, the duplex had everything that we needed. It was a little bit small but we already expected it, so there was no surprise.

Cons: There was no hook to hang clothes or towel in the bathroom.
