Exceeded expectations for the price

Pros: Loved the space- the loft style bunk beds. The luggage hold. Was so trendy

Overall, not very good value for money despite the large room.

Pros: The room was spacious, which is nice compared to many hotels in Tokyo. However, it’s quite a long walk from the nearest train station.

Cons: The bedside USB ports didn’t work, and Wi-Fi connection was unstable. There were no amenities provided

Great place to stay at, nearby to ueno’s ameyoko and other great touristy places

Pros: Great room layout and it’s kinda spacious for my family of 5.

Cons: Lack of physical staff for check in and other related matters. Also cant find any big dustbins to throw our daily trash, except for the one at ground floor

Pros: Great location, great size room for family of 4. Modern, clean, well layed out, breakfast was basic but good!

Cons: Having a virtual front desk was tricky at times, but it was fine!

I would definitely recommend this place, but definitely do NOT recommend including breakfast!

Pros: Great location, easy check in process, very spacious room with good storage.

Cons: Breakfast was a complete waste of money. You get a picnic basket with a bowl of some sort of sweet soup, a toasted wrap with cheese and some sort of tomato sauce and a coffee bag. We booked with breakfast included and it’s my fault for not realising there was no restaurant on site, but what they provided was a complete waste of money!
