Great place. I’d love to stay there again when I’m in Tokyo.
Pros: I loved the location, quite close to the train station, it was easy to find.
Cons: As there is a kitchen and I love cooking, I was missing some kitchenware (like a salad bowl and teaspoons).

Very affordable. What you see is what you get.
Pros: Best priced apartment in the area. A few minutes walk to the train station. Lots of shops and takeaways nearby. Check in was super easy as long as you read the instructions thoroughly.
Cons: There’s laundry facility but washing only and no dryer, which was really needed in winter. Shower curtains need to be a little longer in length. Needs another chair by the dinner table for family bookings.

It was acceptable for 3 pax family.
Pros: Ease of checking in. A lot of food nearby. Close to ohanajaya station but if u r lugging a lot of luggage it’s quite a distance to drag your heavy luggage there.
Cons: The heater is blowing directly at the bed it’s so dry in winter it’s not helping. That’s all actually.

We were satisfied.
Pros: The photos of the room were impressive when we booked this room. The reality was the same. The staff answered all questions quickly. The location is alright; Ueno station is available in 20 minutes. The trains run frequently. The room was comfortable for four people. The staff provided many help in English. It was a good choice.
Cons: Setting the water temperature is painful. A USB charger would be excellent in some electric outlets.

Pros: Апартаменты понравились, чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания( посуда, кухонные принадлежности, микроволновая печь, холодильник, стиральная машина, фен и утюг). WiFi отличный, недалеко станция, много кафешек, совсем рядом супермаркет, есть всё, цены удивили😮. Да, удобно добираться из аэропорта, либо с одной пересадкой, либо прямой.
Cons: Далеко от города, минимум 40 минут до центра,дом недалеко от железнодорожной линии поэтому слышны все поезда и электрички, кондиционер, есть вопросы (когда работает на обогрев то внизу комфортно, а вот человеку наверху дышать нечем от жары).

Well maintained little apartment in an adorable neighborhood
Pros: It was like staying in a doll house, but in a good way! It was a really tiny place, like a capsule for four, but it has absolutely everything you need. I don’t know how they managed to organize so many comforts into such a small place. The location was in a very sweet neighborhood with lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a park. Only 5 min walk from Ohanajaya station.
Cons: The location was a little far from the attractions we went to in Tokyo. Would recommend if you’re concentrating more on the east or north side. The gallery bed is quite small, more like a large twin than a double. Our two daughters slept there and complained they were a bit cramped. If you’re planning to sleep two people up there, they have to be quite intimate. Also, the railings up in the gallery aren’t child proof. Wouldn’t recommend for small children. At times had a hard boiled egg smell from the entrance, bathroom area. It wasn’t consistent, and didn’t impact our stay, but it would be nice if the owners would check this out. It might put more sensitive people off.

Muy contentos.
Pros: El barrio es fantástico, una experiencia muy local. Tiene de todo muy cerca, supermercado, tiendas, parada metro y restaurantes típicos. Nada de turismo. Muy real.
Cons: Difícil mantener la temperatura fresca pero no fría. Si enciendes el a/a hace frío. Si lo apagas la cama de arriba pasa un poco de calor.

Pros: O Local muito bacana, razoavel a distancia até o trem, a região é bem charmosa tem mercadinho, restaurante, izakaya, vending machines e farmacia perto, é bem arrumadinho, para familias pequenas e casais excelente, não fica apertado e a pessoa que atende é super prestativa e auxilia muito bem, manda as instruções tudo certinho
Cons: quartos no segundo andar tem que subir de escada

感想
Pros: 駅から迷わず行ける距離感でした。駅周辺はコンビニやスーパーもあり便利で良かったです。チェックインもスムーズに出来き困る事はありませんでした。掃除も綺麗にされていました。
Cons: 部屋を開けた時に特有のニオイがあったので気になりました。それ以外は良かったです。
