SC 106 Cozy Private Stay with Loft Near Station Free WiFi

Overall a nice Cozy stay that feels like a home away from home.

Cons: The water (especially the bathroom) was freezing and took quite a long time to warm up, however, once it did, it was lovely. The stairs took a while to get used to, initially it felt like they might fall out from beneath us. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was there was no dryer, however, there is a laundromat near by.

We have really liked it.

Pros: Clean, well equiped, great location (restaurants, 7eleven, Family Mart, train stop) everything is explained.

Perfect and family friendly

Pros: Perfect setting....in close proximity of train station, pharmacy, supermarket, convenience stores and takeaway restaurants. Being an active person, also an ideal spot to do some rubbing. The venue was perfect for a family of 4

Great long-term stay in a non-touristy area

Pros: We stayed at the flat for the total of three weeks and it was perfect - there was everything that you could need including basic amenities, a small kitchenette with a microwave and an electric cooking stove, and a washing machine. There was a small sitting area but most of the space was taken up by a comfy bed. The place is located in a residential area, not many tourists around, which was great. There were plenty of combinis, supermarket, restaurant and stores within a walking distance, as well as two overground subway stations. The owner of the rentals left a book with instructions (text and pictures) and there were photos that explained very well how to operate the washing machine, the AC, the fan and the microwave next to each appliance. Overall, everything starting with the check-in/check-out and staying at the flat was very smooth!

Cons: The one thing that I did not like was that it was fairly cold in the apartment unless AC was turned on and running. We had it on all the time when we were in the flat which was not great because the air was very dry. The bathroom was next to the front door and it was constantly cold - nothing could be done about it. We were staying here in Feb when it was around 10 C degrees outside so keep this in mind.

Highly recommended especially for small

Pros: Very good location Close to amenities and walk distance to the train station Very clean sorroundings and quiet neighborhood . Excellent host to provide us with toiletries, with attention to details. We were provided with soap, body wash, small bag with razor, toothpaste, toothbrush etc The unit is smaller than I expected but it has met our needs when it comes to comfort, well-kept and very tidy, well-organized from instruction folder - wifi, tv heater operations etc Would definitely come back. My son recommend to me to make a review as soon as we checked out. He’s 25 but he enjoyed to have his own space upstairs.

Cons: Bit small but it is what it is, so 3 days was enough for us. The stairs are a bit unsafe to use especially for small kids and there are wide gaps in between the rails. Also, would be better if there is a clothes dryer.

Pros: Close to local station and got many convenient stores, restaurants and even small Donki Quijote (2-stories).

Great stay especially for the price

Pros: Very clean, comfortable with great location. It was perfect for 3 people. The bed is SO COMFORTABLE, the mat upstairs is also very comfortable. It had great amenities like a microwave, stove and cooking utensils. I would strongly recommend staying here!

Cons: 鉄道の音が思っていたよりも聞こえた。 家族で泊まったので、ユニットバスが不便だった。ひとりがトイレやお風呂に入ると他の人が使えないので。 ベッドマットに熱がこもって寝苦しかった。
