Pros: Sublime- for a special stay it is amazing- I would not recommend the dinner at the Grill- it was not great value in a city of inexpensive and amazing food. The stay however was amazing. The room, experience and facilities are very special. For a treat this really delivered. 4 times the cost of a normal hotel room but 10 times + as special.

Understated and luxurious, the hotel exceeded all our expectations

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations at every touchpoint. We had such a special and memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotel felt relaxed and luxe at the same time.

Cons: The card payment machines in the French&Japanese restaurants and the pastry shop are not adequate to process the payment from Swiss bank cards 😥

Pros: The view from the bedroom window were incredible. They catered for our baby really well. A cot, and even provided baby toiletries and a bath toy, which she loved!

Cons: Reception is hard to find, which was a bit stressful with lots of bags

Beautiful quiet hotel, perfect for privacy and service.

Pros: The staff really looked after the kids amenities, breakfast was great.

Cons: The beds are pretty hard, and rate as a futon rather than a comfortable bed.

Pros: Exceptional room, with an exceptional view. The hotel feels exclusive, and the staff is just perfect. We loved every moment of our stay in the hotel. Only disappointment: the bar was closed for renovations, so no live jazz at the hotel for us.
