Pros: Great location and comfortable beds. Enough space for three people. Amenities were useful including the washing machine and air conditioning.

Cons: There wasn't much natural light.

Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Pros: We had a great stay at this cozy two-bedroom house. The place is spacious, clean, and fully equipped — it really felt like home. We loved that we could cook our own meals. The large dining area was perfect for all of us to gather and eat together, which made the stay even more enjoyable. And having a washing machine with dryer was such a bonus. It saved us both time and money on laundry. The hot shower was great too — the water heats up quickly, and the digital panel made it easy to control the temperature. No surprises with water that’s too cold or too hot! The location is super convenient — just about 500m to Nishi-Nippori Station, Nippori Skyliner, and Sendagi Metro. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, close to convenience stores and nice coffee shops nearby. Just a small note: since the house is in a local residential area, we had to be mindful not to talk too loudly, especially at night. It’s part of the Japanese culture to keep things quiet, which we totally respect.

This is an ideal spot for a stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great location. Close to Yanaka Ginza and easy walk to railway stations

Cons: The propertuy has been modernised bnut is a bit dated. It’s fully enclosed with no opening windows so gets stuffy and reliant on aircon for airflow. Small things missing like wine glasses and mugs, no condiments, no plug in bathroom sink and no clothes dryer - whhich meant hanging stuff up inside to dry. To their credit, the management responded very promptly to thue issues we raised.

Pros: Appartment has very good localisaton, near the local market and close to subway station, which is dirrectly connected with Narita airport. It is well equipped.

Cons: Ventilation inside the appartment and acoustic insulation between the neighboring appartment could be improved.

Pros: We are very happy to stay this house close to Nippory station. And we enjoy time to look around a traditional market^^.

Cons: At night, we could't sleep deeply because of upstairs making noise.

Cons: small access road. there is no television. wifi is a bit slow, sometimes it doesn't work

Pros: 2月帶著家人及三歲孩子入住，共五大一小，空間剛剛好，位置在谷中銀座商店街附近，距離日暮里站走路約5分鐘，地點很棒，走路約5-8分鐘距離有數個超市。我們是冬天去的，兩間房間可以放暖氣很溫暖，不過廚房及餐桌空間就沒有暖氣了（老闆有給一個電暖爐可以加減用）。有給一台洗脫烘，每天洗衣服很讚，五大一小的衣服沒問題！基本的廚具餐具也都有，簡單煮火鍋或是煎東西沒問題！民宿最多可以睡八個人，不過整體空間不算非常大，我們五大一小住起來很剛好，如果是住滿八個大人應該會太擁擠。民宿是很日式的房子，樓上有住戶（與民宿不相通，但共用最外面的大門），我們住一樓整層。民宿感覺是有一點年紀的房子，不過住起來很舒適，熱水很穩定，該有的都有，很滿意！唯一的小缺點：門是傳統的拉門，可以鎖但總感覺不太放心。（可以提早放行李）

Pros: Excellent location and very comfortable beds with plenty of room for our family of 5.

Bra, lugnt boende för den som vill kunna dra sig undan stressen och folkmassorna i Tokyo.

Pros: Mysigt område och bra toa samt dusch. Bra med tvättmaskin och sköna sängar.

Cons: Vi kunde inte få igång gasspisen, hade önskat instruktioner på engelska för den och andra maskiner i hemmet. Dåligt utrustat i köket, fanns t ex bara ett vattenglas och slöa knivar.

Agréable et bien situé

Pros: Emplacement vraiment top dans une ruelle calme. Proche de différentes lignes de métro (Yamanote et Chiyoda) et bus. Konbini et commerces à proximité. Globalement propre. Equipements cuisine, salle de bain et toilettes pratiques et fonctionnelles. Serviettes et linges de lit impeccables.

Cons: Bien que le quartier soit assez calme, l'isolation sonore n'était pas super en particulier vis-à-vis de l'habitation à l'étage supérieur (bruits de portes, pas, discussions,... ). La terrasse annoncée en description, certes présente mais pratiquement inaccessible du à une végétation mal entretenue.
