Pros: Very clean and comfortable Spacious and functional facilities Everything we needed was provided The location was great with two subway stations close by (5-7mins walk)

Cons: The skinny and steep stairs to carry the suitcases - lucky our room was only 2nd floor! Would have been handy to have hand towels (x3 for kitchen, toilet and bathroom) and washing peg thingy for drying small items

Quiet but active area

Pros: The location is wonderful! It is close to Nippori Station and Sendagi Station as well as Yanaka Ginza. There are many places to eat in the area. The beds are big and comfortable and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/detergent is provided. The area is quiet but feels lively because of all the activities and eateries in the area. There was a night where the lights in the building that guide you around at night were out and I alerted the host. They fixed it very quickly next morning. They are very responsive and respectful.

Cons: There are only stairs to move between floors so those with limited mobility may have issues.

Pros: Tidy apartment with everything we needed in a cool neighborhood. Smooth check-in and good communication. Would definitely stay again.

Brand new and tidy place

Pros: everything is clean and brand new, close to supermarket, train station and restaurants, quiet place

Cons: uneasy to move around because when you move a little the floor is creacking and it will hear the movement underneath.

A great place to live in Tokyo.

Pros: This is a great place if you want to feel a bit like a local living in your own Tokyo apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a more residential than party atmosphere. It may not be located in the city center, but it's well-connected - close to the Sendagi subway station, which has good connections to other lines and Nippori station, where the Skyliner from Narita Airport also stops. The apartment (we had the ground floor) is large and spacious (main room with kitchenette, bedroom, toilet, separate bathroom with vestibule). You have everything you need in terms of appliances – washing machine, microwave, stovetop, dishes, cutlery, etc. A big TV. Everything is clean and renovated. Travel tip: Siddhartha, an Indian-Nepalese restaurant, is right next door – perfect for a warm takeout dinner in the apartment. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We're sure we'll be staying here again when we're in Tokyo again.

Cons: Everything was great, it was our discovery when it comes to accommodation in Japan.

Pros: Clean and functional. Beds are comfy. Location is good.

It's a 2 mins walk from MRT and it's very convenient. It's also ten mins walk from JR station.

Pros: Hiro Yanaka Hotel has a great location and good service. I highly recommend you as a preferred option for your destination.

Cons: My room was arranged to the third floor which made us a bit inconvenient if we have the senior member during our stay, otherwise the host is very hospitable and assist us in any standard.

Wonderful little apartment

Pros: The apartment was in an excellent location. Close to public transport. Very tidy and neat. The view from the window was great, especially if you like to people watch. The host was very quick to reply to any questions that we had.

Cons: Needed a few extra towels. We only had one bath towel each, and a bath mat. No hand towels, or tea towels.

Wonderful Apartments in a very nice location

Pros: The stay was very comfortable in a very well connected area, with bus stop to Asakusa opposite to the aparthotel. Ueno park is a few bus stops away as well

Great apartment

Pros: The location was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro line, and there were nice restaurants and cafés around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very recommended! :)

Cons: You can hear the person upstairs quite clearly when they walk around.
