Pros: Very value for money and very near to train station (about 5min walk away). Also there is shuttle bus service to Disney Resorts near the train station.

Great Apartment

Pros: The apartment was lovely and clean. Excellent bathroom, loved the toilet. A great space for 5 nights or more. Near the tram station.

Cons: My partner kept banging his head on the oven hood, it was quite low.

Great location and clean room

Pros: Great location, easy to access public transport and shops. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons: It would be perfect if there were a kitchen towel and a towel and a hanger in the toilet.

Good Location and Good Price

Pros: The location was good. There were a lot restaurants and convenient stores nearby. 600m to the metro station. Easy to access, and the cleanness was satisfying.

Cons: The room was small and the sofa bed was not that comfortable.

Pros: It was very clean, close to the station and shops. The place is very spacious and the area is quiet and safe. Ot has everything you need

Cons: Bathtub is small so if you are big, just be aware but you can still shower

Wonderful winter time stay at Provence Hotel.

Pros: Our stay at Provence Hotel immensely exceeded expectations. The host team was friendly and responsive from the very beginning, offering useful information and tips that allowed us to prepare adequately and effectively for the trip. I appreciated the flexibility in allowing a late arrival (due to airline schedule disruption) and it was very easy to secure the room key. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a tidy, spotless room, furnished with modern appliances and features that helped with our winter time travel. WIFI was excellent. Provence Hotel is conveniently situated in terms of distance to the JR station and its surrounding shops and malls. We loved everything about the hotel.

Cons: What we didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel, but with the rapidly changing weather pattern from the onset of winter. We arrived expecting cloudy weather but instead was met with rain. We were glad that the weather eventually became sunny. There was nothing to dislike about Provence Hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you for having us.

My Parents' First Time in Japan

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to convenience stores, a mall, the train station, and many restaurants, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and clearly explained. The room was clean and well prepared upon arrival, and the overall stay was comfortable and quiet. Instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easy to follow, which we appreciated. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider booking again for our next trip to Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Our stay was comfortable and met our expectations.

Pros: The property is aprroximately 10-15 minutes away from Kinschichō Station, has several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The property can accommodate 3-4 persons, but i’d say it would be cramped for 4 persons. Having washing machine was also a plus. We had a comfortable stay.

Pros: Love the size of the room. It was super clean when we checked in. Mattress was comfortable too! Recommended for 2 adults.

Cons: They will contact you only via chat on booking.com. There’s a number of person to contact on the door, but none of them are reachable.
