Pros: Location is great - 2 mins' walk from JR Ueno 'Iriya' exit. Lawson & Family Mart are 2 mins' walk away. Very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. The room is very new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The quality of the bed and pillow could be improved further. The pillows were too flat & soft. It would be great to have some coffee and tea bags in the room.

Convenient overnight stay for family of four

Pros: Excellent location right next to Ueno station. Room looked like it was newly renovated and the size was decent for a family of four.

Cons: Room 101 on the ground floor had limited natural light due to only very small windows.

Our family first hotel in Japan. It was nice and comfy stay for our family and close to Ueno train station. The room was

Pros: Location is great. Less than 200m from the Ueno Station. The room is fully equipped with shower, small kitchen, washing machine. They have lift so we are grateful not to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs. Staff were great and helpful.

Cons: The walkway to our room is very narrow. There were boxes of linen left outside our entrance, really difficult to walk past with luggages.

Pros: Easy walk from Ueno station. All facilities that you need are available in the room.

Cons: Too many messages from the property before arrival. Even though a pre check in was completed, the check in process on arrival was overly complicated and not smooth.
