Beyond excellent

Pros: We liked everything , the room was very spacious the bed and pillows extremely comfortable the amenities of the room excellent and the bathroom is one of the best features of the room , couldnt ask for anyhting more.

- Exquisite piece of Japanese culture and hospitality in a prime location

Pros: - Incredible view of the imperial palace gardens - Food 10/10 - Service 10/10 - All requests such as dietary requirements and in room dining late at night were answered and processed seamlessly

Cons: - small issue with taxi to the airport as the staff did not have a large enough taxi for my family of 4 for all our luggage - required two taxis (VERY small issue)

We loved our time in Tokyo, made perfect by staying at Palace Hotel.

Pros: Beautifully maintained with fabulous flowers and the most delicious scents in the large reception area. Large and well designed bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms. We loved listening to the jazz trio in the bar area, perfect end to a perfect day.

A very stylish central Tokyo hotel

Pros: A very slick and stylish hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The room was outstanding and comfortable. The best evening turn down service ever!! Very good location.

Cons: The bed was a little hard and the bar was a bit formal. But these are small complaints.

Great place. I highly recommend

Pros: Breakfast was 10/10. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Localisation. Easy to catch a taxi. The room was very well prepared, and I liked the drapes - I could sleep easily.

Cons: I didn't like that there was a problem with paying by debit card. I have visited over 100 hotels in my life, and that was never a problem.

Fantastic service and location

Pros: Great location overlooking the imperial gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked concierge to help me translate a Japanese website, they helped me promptly. Daily newspaper delivery!

Cons: The bed was too hard for my partner who found it pretty uncomfortable during the night. This isn’t a strong dislike because if we had notified the staff they may have assisted us.
