The hotel was very nice location and convenient, we had great experience. Overall very nuce place for family stay.

Pros: Complete amenities, from hot shower, heater, washer machine, detergent, softerner, heater to dry clothes, iron, hanger, basically everything i needed. Thumbs up.

Cons: A bit small for 4 people as each of us came with a 28’ luggage, but still acceptable. A bit far from JR line train which usually connect to a lot of tourist spot and because we bought the JR wide pass so we cannot make full use of it.

Brilliant accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: So clean, well-organised with everything we needed, yet quiet and so convenient to access all the cool sites Tokyo has to offer. Also, supermarket and several convenience stores within easy reach.

Cons: It's small for Western standards, however I believe it's pretty spacious for Tokyo standards.

Pros: Everything was excellent.. near to oedo line train station kurumae. Please take exit A5 for the elevator if you bring heavy luggage about 5-6mins walk to the property. This place very clean and feel new. Have washing machine and dryer, power plug quite high, If u have something to charge or need use electricity need long wire cable.. quite narrow for 6 luggage

Pros: Great heating/air con. Wonderful facilities.... Washing machine, lovely shower, iron!

Cons: Getting in was a nightmare but we got there in the end. We had, a cleaning issue but it was dealt with efficiently. It promised, a spa bath but didn't deliver.

Pros: The apartment is very cosy and clean with a comfortable bed. The location is close to several train stations. Nice area to explore around. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. We arrived early before the check in time, the staff was kind to allow us to go to the room as it was ready. Thank you .

Cons: The room might be a challenge for 3 pieces of check in luggage. .

Perfect apartment in Tokyo

Pros: Great place to stay! Clean and new. There were 3 adults in our group, and we had enough space. The apartment has everything you could need—detergents, shower gel, shampoo, you name it. It has a separate bathroom and toilet. The neighborhood is fantastic, close to everything, but quiet and multiple subway stations are just a 5 minute walk away. Easy check in. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!
