Fantastic stay! Would book again if in Tokyo next time!

Pros: The location was perfect! So close to 2 convenient train stations and plenty of food options around! The room was also spacious with enough room to fully open suitcases for 3 people. You had to put your towels and rubbish in the hallway to get new towels but it was easy enough to do! Also appreciated that the TV was a smart TV so we could link our streaming services

Cons: The fan in the toilet wasn’t strong enough so the room sometimes smelled of the toilet if the door and toilet lid was left open.

Convenient location and modern facilities including laundry

Pros: The location was awesome and the amenities are great just be aware that certain rooms occupy 4 people but 2 needs to sleep on Tatami mat on the floor

Cons: It might be difficult to check in there are 2 check in codes one for the front gate and one for your room door

Pros: great location . comfortable and clean rooms . we loved the authentic japanese feel mixed with modern conveniences

Cons: check in a bit complex and stressful and feeling like you are talking to a computer . earlier check in time would be better for tired travellers

Good sized room in convenient location.

Pros: Good sized space for Tokyo (a key reason we booked this place). Beds were comfortable, it was clean and modern. Shower was amazing. Close to a number of metro stops so easy to travel around. Automated check in was fine. No issues at all.

Cons: The immediate area wasn’t our favourite in Tokyo. We stayed elsewhere during a different leg of our trip and preferred it there. It is convenient and you can get to other parts of Tokyo easily, which was a big part of the decision to stay in Akasaka.

Lovely and quiet

Pros: Location was great for us. Easy walk to Akasaka-mitsuke station, family mart and 7-11. A few little restaurants too. It was only a single train away from all the activities we wanted as well. If you're organised with luggage, storage is fine. LOTS of lighting and usb powerpoints.

Cons: A bigger list of nearby restaurants would be useful as it is an area that they are all a little tucked away
