Pros: Excellent location, close to train lines and eating places and super market. Good sized room. Comfy beds for family. Facilities were excellent.

Pros: The location was amazing, a safe zone and very close to a Lawsons and train station.

Pros: Close to the metro station which is great. there is a washing machine.. The host gave great recommendations for the bakery and grocery, and also wrote clear instructions how to operate with the home appliances.

Cons: There is no lift. there were no any possibility to check in earlier.

Pros: Living with the locals very close to station easy to make your way around Tokyo. Lots of food options. Great communication with organiser. Family friendly location..

Cons: The property performed the task. Great beds and showerfacilties… out everyday…

Good location for sightseeing.

Pros: Great location. Good facilities such as a clothes drying setting in the bathroom.

Cons: A lift would have been helpful for the suitcases.

Great sport for a larger group in Shinjuku super close to the metro and other restaurants/stores.

Pros: Host was extremely nice and everything was explained in great detail.

Cons: The only issue was the air conditioner on the top floor was not working and it was too hot to sleep in that room so someone slept on the couch. Everything else was great.

Pros: Close to the train station and convenient stores. Lots of different places to eat. Loved walking around the streets and looking for different places to eat dinner

Great value for money and great communication from the host.

Pros: I actually mistakenly booked the Annexe property which is nearer Shinjuku. However for our party size needing a bed each it was ideal. It's based in a quiet back street but only a couple of minutes to both Lawsons & 7/11, and 5 minutes to the nearest metro. Even better it was less than a 15 minute walk to the Golden Gai area 😄🍻

Cons: Good for larger groups (albeit only one wc), and easily accessible to the Shinjuku area and metro system.

Cons: Heater from AirConditioning was not adequate, especially on this much colder winter time.
