this was a. perfect base for a week in Tokyo. we could walk to loads of restaurants and Isakayas and were close to great

Pros: Location and although simple had everything we needed to be able to eat in when we needed to. concierge was very kind.

Cons: Nothing. it was really great value for money. could tell people about the lion statue in the door step so it is a bit easier to find.

Pros: 사진에 나온 그대로입니다. 도쿄에서 이 가격에 이만한 넓은 방을 구하기는 어려울 것 같아요. 건물이 낡긴 했지만 깨끗한 대로변에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠고, 방은 깨끗하고 아늑해요. 리뷰에서 읽은대로 대로변이라서 밤에 약간 소음 있기는 했지만 잠에 지장이 있을 수준은 아니었고 건물 내부는 조용한 편이었어요. 호텔 침구류는 아닌데 매트리스 및 이불이 아주 포근해서 같이 묵은 친구가 원래 허리가 잘 아픈데 전혀 허리가 아프지 않았다고 좋아했어요. 화장실이 작긴 작은데 도쿄에서는 어쩔 수가 없는 것 같아요. 그 대신 샴푸, 바디워시, 컨디셔너 다 좋은 제품으로 갖춰져 있었고, 침구류나 화장실 등 청결 상태는 좋았어요. 각 방에 불 켜고 끄는 것도 잘 분리되어 있고, 난방/냉방 조절도 잘 되는 편이에요. 우리는 넓은 공간이 중요해서 여기로 골랐는데 만족도가 높았고, 공간 넓이 외에 다른 측면들도 대체로 만족스러웠어요. 신주쿠역에서 거리가 아주 가까운 것은 아니지만 신주쿠산초메역하고는 가까웠고 도쿄가 워낙 넓으니 그 정도 걷는 건 어쩔 수 없다 생각합니다.

Cons: 수건의 재질이 물이 잘 닦이지 않는 제품이라서 많이 불편했어요. 가능하다면 수건만 다른 종류로 바꿔주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그 외에는 특별한 아쉬운 점은 없어요.

Pros: Great location! Building is in the heart of Shinjuku but yet a quiet area. Easy check in, host provides all the amenities, and laundry room on the first floor. The apartment was spacious enough for three people. Host and maintenance person were very helpful and quick with a minor issue. I would book this place again! Thank you.
