Pros: A clean large room with a large TV screen. There are a refrigerator and washing machine.

Cons: It took a while to understand how 2 different key numbers work -- one for entry purpose, the other for reservation confirmation purpose.

Amazing we’ll be back

Pros: We couldn’t stop raving about the size and comfort of the place, we’ve been to Ueno three times and this is the best place we have stayed in. Beds super comfortable, spacious apartment, close to the station, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay again

Perfect stay in Ueno

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. Big, super clean and comfy unit with two toilets... such a rare luxury in Tokyo. Perfect location too.. 2 minutes to Ueno Station and right next to Ameyoko. Highly recommended

Pros: 地點離上野車站和阿美橫丁很近交通生活超便利。有大餐桌區和沙發區，房間很寬敞。有冰箱、微波爐、電熱水壺和鍋具碗盤，可以煮東西。連續多人盥洗熱水供應沒問題，還有洗脫烘衣機，兩間廁所，非常適合多日多人使用。枕頭很舒服。

Cons: 垃圾桶很小，即使在我們沒煮東西狀況下，住了5晚很容易滿出來了。床有點軟。
