Near to Sugamo Station

Pros: Very near to Sugamo Station and the city itself is alive .Facilities top class. You can try laundry in toilet coz they have hot air! No problem requesting to have another room because one room is too small for 4 people though has one big bed & one big futon. Mext to cemetery and very quiet!😘

Pros: The flat in general was quite spacious and was located on the 1st floor. There was a washing machine available as well as a small kitchen. There were multiple windows in the bedroom, so we got loads of natural light coming in during the day. The area it was located in was very quiet and calm. The hosts provided everything we needed: dish soap, laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo and multiple towels. There was an air conditioner in the bedroom which allowed us to heat it up (we stayed there in November) when needed.

Cons: The flat is located about 10-15min walk away from the station which can feel like a lot when you’re carrying all your luggage upom arrival or when you’re leaving. When we arrived, there was loads of trash scattered around the entrance area (ramen packages and some random items). The trash remained there for the first 2 days we were there before it was picked up. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t cleaned before our arrival and we had to scrub it down ourselves (TMI, but it was not a nice encounter for us). We were out all day but we like to watch something before going to bed so the lack of TV was a bit of a bummer (especially that there is space for it in the flat).

Pros: Having such a spacious room with private bathroom and kitchen in Tokyo for this price is amazing! Check in/out instructions are clear and communication is fast with the owner. Kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities were well provided!

Pros: La tranquilidad , el barrio muy bonito! Puedes irte caminando al barrio jizo dori que esta a unos 15min.

Cons: En realidad no es queja solo no esta tan cerca de la estación tenía que caminar alrededor de 18min hasta la estación de sugamo , sumando todo lo que uno camina en japon se me hizo pesado. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente 👌

Cons: Der Platz. Es gibt ein Doppel- und Einzelbett Es war auch eine Matratze vorhanden. Da wir zu viert waren und 4 Koffer mit hatten, gab es den Platz für die Matratze nicht. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Der Vermieter hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und versucht zu helfen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne.

An enjoyable, great value stay!

Pros: We very much enjoyed our visit! The property was a great and quiet location, just a 10min walk from Sugamo Station and lots of convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment was equipped with amenities, including a washing machine and excellent features in the small shower room. Excellent value!

Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding it on our English-set Google maps initially. But once we took the English words out of the copied address, our map located it.

Pros: 巣鴨駅から徒歩10分強と少し歩きますが，墓地に隣接した住宅街の中なので，幹線道路からも離れていて静かで快適でした．設備は綺麗で使い勝手は良く，気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました．

Cons: ２つのシングルベッドは良いとして，追加の布団／マットレスを敷くのは，テーブルや椅子もあるのでギリギリでした．３人いると室内を移動するのも一苦労ですが，寝るだけの空間と割り切れば問題はありません．
