Pros: Good communication and easy check-in. Simple, but fulfilled our wishes.

Agréable séjour dans un quartier reposant et typique.

Pros: L’emplacement était idéal et extrêmement calme , en retrait de l’agitation de la ville et proche à la fois de petits commerces environnants. Nous n’étions pas loin de la station de métro sugamo (10min à pieds) un trajet rendu agréable par la traversée de sugamo street, lieu idéal pour faire des achats de fin de séjour ou autres… Nous avons aimé également le sentiment de sécurité, nous pouvions rentrés très tard ( avec le dernier métro ou revenir d’un resto du coin ) sans craindre de mauvaises rencontres !! La climatisation est facile à mettre. Pour finir, la douche est très bien… les produits de douche sentent très bon , c’est un plus !

Cons: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mais il est vrai que nous avons quand même eu quelques soucis avec la machine à laver! Les chaussettes blanches que nous avons lavées sont ressorties beige !! Au début nous avons pensé que nous avions laissé quelques choses dans celle-ci qui aurait pu expliquer ce petit désagrement mais le second lavage a eu le même effet sur un teeshirt ( heureusement abîmé d’origine) mais voilà ! Les toilettes à l’étage sont un peu petites et lorsque nous refermons la porte, on se sent très vite à l’étroit mais bon elles font le « job » et elles sont propres !!! Ensuite, le lit du bas n’est pas très confortable … un matelas un peu plus épais comme celui à l’étage (qui est quant à lui très confortable pour le coup ) aurait été appréciable 😉

Tiny home experience- Efficient - essentials provided- Cramp but clean

Pros: Everything was like new - great AC. The key box was useful especially if you have different outing schedules

Cons: I kept hurting my toe on the futon slats and the “bed” felt too thin and low for the bottom room. (But that’s my American problem since I’m use to having a 4 inch comfort pad) The upstairs real bed was great and very comfortable and could fit two people. The walk to the bus was ok 5-7 minutes but to the JR JY11 took me 23 minutes
