Kamata Inn Social

Pros: Nice hotel very convenient for Haneda airport and the hotel offers a good transfer to the airport. The rooms are cosy and clean. Lots of local restaurant, plus international fast food, close to the station just a 5mins walk.

Cons: Perfect for hotel transfer but quite a journey into central Tokyo.

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly, room was clean and it was close to public transport.

No-brainer choice for anyone with an early flight at Haneda

Pros: Breakfast buffet was small but runs from 4:30am til 10 which was amazing. You can book a free shuttle to the airport as early as 5am which takes only 15-20 minutes and they take you straight to your terminal. Reception staffed 24/7. Small room but perfectly comfortable for me staying 5 nights, bed was comfortable and had everything you need eg fridge, hairdryer, shower and bath, and adjustable lighting dial by the bed was great. Staff were kind and helpful, received my luggage sent from my previous hotel with no issue. Location is a bit out of central Tokyo but very close to stations and well connected, lots of places to eat and shop nearby without having that many tourists around.

Cons: Shower was a little old and strange system where it used the same tap as the sink so adjusting temperature while in the shower was a bit annoying. Also wasn't provided hand soap for my room but did have body soap shampoo etc.

Great place to stay for an early morning departure

Pros: Great buffet style breakfast, served super early for those heading out to Haneda for an early morning flight. Bed was very comfortable, room was roomy for the price, and I was able to jump on to a shuttle from the hotel to Haneda that made my departure much more relaxed and less stressful.

Cons: Hotel could use some updating, everything is well used but remained functional and cleanliness was more than adequate. Staff language skills were limited but not really an issue.

Simple & comfortable location near Haneda Airport

Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, short walk from Kamata train station and easy access to Haneda Airport. Used the free shuttle to the airport. Hot & cold drinks available all day in breakfast room.

Cons: My room was on the dark side of the building and there was no natural light as it backed onto another building. Rooms on the other side were bright. The rooms are dated but functional.

Pros: The staff are friendly. The breakfast was very reasonable and tasty. The towels are a bit thin but changed daily. It is close to both stations (JR and Keikyu line)

Cons: It was a bit hard to find the location even the taxi driver took a time.oth

Pros: Near to train station. Good breakfast. Small but clean. All day Free drinks and soup.

Cons: The shower curtain has a slight smell, maybe due to poor air circulation.

Great find for anyone traveling out of Haneda.

Pros: Great find close to Haneda with a free bus shuttle to the airport. The room is small but good by Japan standards. Have stayed in a lot of smaller places. The bed was super comfortable. And the free breakfast is actually quite good as long as you are okay with traditional Japanese food. I loved it. Also close to the train station for access to everywhere. Great value too, especially when you take into account the breakfast and the shuttle bus.

Cons: Wifi a bit slow.
