Wonderful stay with excellent location and warm hospitality.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The beds were very cozy, and having two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen area was a big plus. The two big rooms could be separated with sliding doors, and the AC units even had cooling, heating, and humidification modes. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Meguro Station with easy access to the Yamanote Line, and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, he let us leave our luggage early in the morning and even allowed us to check in an hour early after asking. Everything was clearly explained, and he was always open to questions. The keyless entry with a passcode was very convenient, and the apartment was well-equipped with basic amenities, a washing machine, and a drying rack. Overall, a very comfortable and practical stay.

Cons: The pillow took a couple of nights to get used to, though that’s a matter of personal preference. The balcony view wasn’t the best, but it didn’t matter much since we were out most of the day. Nothing else which was bad, we liked our stay.

Pros: Excellent location and so spacious for such a good spot in Tokyo at this price in peak season. Tomoki was really nice and helpful. Comfy beds, SO good to have a washer/dryer and the drying room is amazing!

Cons: The pillows weren’t super comfortable (but I think just standard for Japan) and the only suggestion is that it would be great to have a lamp or two!

Pros: Kindly upgraded us to a room with two bedrooms and everything worked and it was spacious

Pros: Affordable accomodation in a perfect location. You're close to Shibuya and Shinjuku but far enough to not be in the midst of its chaos. The man who met us at the door was very kind and helpful.

Cons: We couldn't leave our luggage after checking out, a minor issue

Super convenient and well stocked apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: A great little apartment, with a superb location just a couple of minutes from the station and a whole range of excellent shops and restaurants. I especially liked the Japanese-style bathroom, and having a washer-dryer was incredibly convenient. The kitchen area was compact but very well supplied with everything you could need to prepare your own meals. All cleaning materials were also supplied - everything had obviously been very well thought out. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and responded immediately to emails. I would love to stay there again.

Cons: Having a double bed rather than 2 singles would have been nice, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Pros: 大人2、小学生1、チワワ1匹で泊まりました。 急遽もう1泊！の宿泊だったので、夜の予約、到着でしたが、宿の方とても感じの良い方でした。 お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 わんちゃんOKでこの値段はとてもリーズナブルで良かったです。

Cons: 到着が暗くなってからだったので、車の中からは場所(入り口)が分かりづらく、一方通行の道をぐるぐる何周もしてしまいました。 駐車場が前日までのリクエスト予約らしいので、前日までに宿泊決まっている方はリクエストお忘れなく。

快適でした。

Pros: スタッフの対応がすばらしい。駅から近い。冷蔵庫にお水とお茶のサービス。 冷房も入れてくれてあり、涼しい部屋に到着できた。駅からの道も丁寧に電話で案内してくださり、入り口でスタッフが待っていてくれて部屋まで丁寧に案内と説明をしてくれました。

Cons: バスタブに髪の毛が落ちていたことが、唯一残念。他はとてもよかったです。

コスパ綺麗さ最高すぎるお宿

Pros: とても綺麗な施設内で駅近、特にペット可でこの値段というところが本当に魅力的でした。案内して下さった方も本当に優しくて親切で分かりやすかったです！ 駐車場も予約できたとのことでしたが知らなかった、、、次の日は朝下において良いと言って下さったのもありがたかったです！！ お家よりお家で快適でした！！ 次回も必ずここに泊まりたいです！
