Assembly location, great size apartment

Pros: Great sized apartment, and we had six adults staying comfortably. It’s only two stops from Shibuya, which made getting around very easy. Overall, we couldn’t fault this property.

Good location and nearby Meguro station. It is convinence for us with children. Easy to shibuya!

Pros: Almost everything. Location, cleanliness, modern interior, value for price

Cons: It only has 1 toilet. Not a deal breaker though

Good value for money, but the building is old (1971!).

Pros: Very conveniently located within a minute walk from Meguro Station where supermarkets and restaurants are located. The room had three bedrooms and four beds with a spacious living space with everything you’d need for a short family stay - ranging from kitchen utensils and laundry machine. Staff was also very friendly and responsive.

Cons: The building was built in 1971. Therefore the ceiling is quite low, and no floor heating. Aircon is in every bedroom but the air gets fairly dry. The entrance of the building shows that this was built in 1971 as well as common areas. No complaints, but you should know what to expect (slightly different from the photos).

Perfect/ comfortable place for American tourist to stay!

Pros: Comfortable & clean! Clothes washer & dryer actually dried the clothes too!

Cons: Didn’t like having to take out the trash & wash the dishes.

Pros: Location, Meguro is a great place to base a Tokyo visit. Nice walkable neighborhood. Friendly helpful staff. Accomodation was roomy and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom all good. Coffee machine great. Highly recommend.

Cons: Was a 2 night stay, nothing to dislike.

Pros: 1) Staff is amazing. Extremely responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. 2) The apartment is very spacious by Tokyo standards and was always exciting to come home to. 3) Location is steps from Meguro station, which is perfect for getting around Tokyo.

Cons: 1) The main bedroom in the living room does not have a door. If you have a larger group, a door is probably helpful for noise/light.

Pros: 雅叙園でのお呼ばれで2家族で宿泊しましたが、リビングが広く、ベッドルームも3つあったので、6人で丁度よく快適に過ごしました。式場にも近くて便利でした。 車で行ったのですが、スタッフの方が駐車場にしっかり案内してくださったのも好印象でした。

Cons: 駐車場の出入り口が坂になっており、入庫時に車の底を盛大に擦りました。車高が低い車は注意して下さい。

Noche express con grupo de amigos grande

Pros: Estaba muy cerca de la parada del metro, el piso era amplio y luminoso. Para una estancia de un día 8 persona estuvo todo correcto. Además nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la.hora del checking.

Cons: La reserva fue para ocho personas y solo había un aseo y una ducha separadas. Para un día estuvo bien pero más días hubiera sido apretado.

Pros: 距離目黑JR站很近，設備看起來是重新裝潢過，有一般公寓可以使用的設備、餐碗杯具、冰箱、烤箱、微波爐、洗衣機、DYSON吹風機，一些廚房用具鍋鏟都有，還有咖啡機，沙發跟餐桌都很大，適合家庭聚會包層住宿，使用密碼進入，不用鑰匙很先進，住宿方打掃完還優先提供給我們入住，非常親切。

Cons: 唯一小缺點就是蓮蓬頭出水比較弱，床睡起來支撐度稍低，除此之外沒有什麼缺點
