Pros: Casa nova com boa estrutura e muito bem localizada em região residencial e bem tranquila com fácil acesso para a região de Ikebukuro. Cozinha muito bem equipada para famílias e grupos grandes, chão aquecido na sala de estar e com uma boa TV. Quartos com camas confortáveis e com armários. O anfitirião é atencioso, transmite informações precisas e completas. Um ótimo custo benefício para famílias.

Pros: 宿泊者のことをよく考えてくれていて、快適に過ごせるよう対応していただきました。設備の物は、設備情報の通り揃っており、掃除道具もあったので気になるところのお掃除もできました。近くにスーパー、駅もあり、旅行には良い立地です。満足しました！

Perfect base for a big family to explore Tokyo

Pros: The apartment was modern and well-designed. It was comfortable for the 8 of us, with enough space in the cosy living area for all of us to hang out. It was a short walk from Kaname-cho subway station and plenty of food choices all around, plus shops for groceries, pharmaceutical and personal products. I would recommend this place for a large family or a group of travellers.
