Really good place
Pros: We stayed 2 people, the owner of the accommodation was very helpful. This place has much more usable space than hotels in the city. The accommodation is quiet, walking distance to convenience stores, not far from kanamecho station. The facilities are sufficient. I think next time if I have a chance, I will go back to stay again. Pros: it's a small house but it uses every inch of its space effectively. it offers everything you need despite being small. you enjoy the peace of a quiet neighborhood while also being close to ikebukuro and basically the rest of tokyo. I really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. another review mentions that a taller person might have issues staying at this place, which I can refute being 6'4\
Cons: there was a power outage for a couple hours, but this was resolved quickly. there was nothing that I disliked about the place.

Pros: Very cosy and relaxing stay, almost everything is provided and the place is clean and tidy. Perfect for one person.
Cons: Absolutely nothing that I dislike! It would be perfect if a drinking cup is provided :)

Humble abode in a lovely neighbourhood
Pros: We loved how close the house was to shops, train stations and restaurants. We also loved how the owner provided towels, dishwashing detergent and laundry powder. It's a nice neighbourhood.
Cons: It's a bit small for a couple. But it wasn't an issue.

Overall super happy with this
Pros: The location is excellent, plenty of little restaurants nearby and a short walk to the subway station.
Cons: Mind the internet, it’s VERY slow, like 1mb speed. Wasn’t an issue except for the days we had to stay home. Also the trash needs to be explained a little bit better, like how to separate it and how to take it out etc

ubicación excelente, nos sentimos parte del barrio
Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, el barrio es muy limpio y seguro, Para dos personas con poco equipaje esta bien, ya que cuesta manipular las maletas en espacios tan reducidos
Cons: El primer nivel muy frío, no contaba con servicio sanitario de los que uno espera de japón con asiento temperado, lo que hubiera sio de ayuda, por qué el primer nivel en relación a los otros es muy frío.

Klein maar fijn (en knus)
Pros: Een mooie compacte leefomgeving dichtbij ikebukuro in een rustige en fijne wijk. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de accommodatie, en het duurt niet lang voor dat je je helemaal op je plek voelt. Dichtbij het station kanamecho en 3 kombini’s om de hoek.
Cons: Ietwat krap voor lange personen, zeker de douche (maar ik ben 2 meter dus dat is te verwachten). Verder voor twee personen wat klein, al wordt er wel een extra futon geleverd en is er in principe genoeg ruimte.
