Pros: very close to Train Station by foot and nice an quiet neighbourhood everything was clean and ready to use with clear instructions…surprisingly spacious

Cons: 房間內的插頭只有一個，如果晚上回去要為電子設備充電比較不方便，要拿到浴室/廚房區域充電。 因為沒有電梯，拿大型行李入住要注意一下。

Pros: Fijn appartement. Ruim en met een eigen keuken en wasmachine. Het ligt dicht bij een treinstation waardoor het goed bereikbaar is.

Cons: Let op dat er geen lift is.

Nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Pros: The location is just a minute away from Kita-Ikebukuro station, a Lawson, and a coin laundry so it's super convenient. Other than a nice comfy bed, they also provide futon, extra pillows, and extra blanket. Body wash and shampoo are also provided. Overall a nice place to unwind and rest after a long day of exploring.

Cons: The room we got was on the 4th floor and there's no lift. So we have to carry our big luggages through stairs. And after 20.000+ steps, it's kinda tiring to have to take the stairs to our room every day. The walls are quite thin, so noises from other rooms and the street can be heard if loud enough.

Pros: 空間算大三個人的行李箱都可以攤開（雖然攤開差不多就滿了），有很貼心的小衣櫃跟置物鏡，雙人床大小合適，廚房也很棒東西都很齊全

Cons: 雖然是離北池袋超級超級近，但造成要玩東京其他地方都得先花一次錢坐到池袋，出門要抓轉車的時間，然後第三人的日式床鋪適合160以下的人睡，我175試躺了一下腳在外面哈哈，但床整體舒適，然後垃圾需要自己分類，有貼分類說明但是不夠詳細，導致我們最後都只能憑感覺丟

十分に大満足でした。また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

Pros: ・お風呂がユニットバスではなく、セパレートタイプなのでゆっくり使用できた。 ・部屋のお風呂前に洗濯機が置いてあるので、着替えた服をすぐ洗濯出来るので便利だった。 ・キッチンで簡単な調理をしたが、電磁調理器ではなくガスなのが嬉しい（微妙な調整ができるため） ・部屋に大きめの分別用のゴミ箱が用意してあるので使用しやすかった（燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミ、ペットボトルと空き缶用の3種類）

Cons: ・贅沢な話だが乾燥機があると便利かも（でもベランダが有るので、雨天でなければ外干しで十分でした） ・キッチンやトイレの洗剤は用意が有ったので、可能で有れば洗濯洗剤も有ると嬉しい（今回は用意していなかったので近所のお店で購入） ・建物すぐに学校が有るので、時期や時間帯によっては騒がしい場合が有るかも（自分はほとんど気にしないが）

Cons: No elevator but I wasn't honestly expecting one. Just gave me a few extra minutes on bringing up one large suitcase at a time. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink did not have working hot water but thankfully the shower/bathtub did after you turn on the hot water via the panel in the bathroom (there is a panel for it in the kitchen too). Pros: 這是我在日本旅行住過最棒的房間，就像是真正在日本生活時自己的家一樣，整間套房應有盡有，有廚房和各式廚具，有桌子可用餐，有衣物間置放行李，整體來說非常整潔溫馨，給我們非常好的住宿體驗，下次有機會還想來住！

Cons: 桌子很小，東西擺不開，只有兩張椅子，而且帶毛的感覺難清潔，拖鞋之前客人已經穿壞了，牙具和洗衣液要自備
