Flat K Plum Umegaoka by Tranova

Great location, close to train station, many restaurants & convenience stores, quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Great location, only a few stops away from the main areas and vintage shopping. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Heaps of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Full instructions on how to enter the property and access key in lock box - very thorough easy to follow instructions.

Cons: Even though we had an air conditioner - the walls and floors were so cold (felt like no insulation or something even with floor mats it was super cold), so the chill off the walls in particular were very cold. We had to sleep in our winter clothes & socks to keep warm the whole night and we even moved the beds away from the walls the second night as the coolness from the walls was freezing - we could have requested more blankets but we only had one more night and still I think it would have been pretty cold to sleep. Other than that it was a great little unit with everything you need.

So relaxing, we will come back ^_^

Pros: I love this place. All of my friends live in Setagaya so this is the perfect location for me to stay. Close enough to Umegaoko Station but a very quiet neighborhood to unwind in. I love the architecture and anesthetic of the building. The bed was comfortable and the lighting is warm and relaxing.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: アクセスがとても良く、移動がスムーズでした。 お部屋が広く、全体的に快適に過ごせました。 ベッドの寝心地がとても良く、しっかり休むことができました。 設備も整っていて、長期滞在でもほぼ不便なく過ごせました。

Cons: 乾燥機が無いため、連泊中の洗濯物の管理が少し大変でした。 チェックイン・チェックアウトの融通が利かず、もう少しフレキシブルだとより便利だと感じました。 価格がやや高めに感じられました。 また、エレベーターが無いため、大きな荷物がある際は少し不便でした。

Petit appartement bien placé adapté pour court séjour

Pros: Très bien situé à 4 minutes de la gare dans un quartier vivant et assez grand par rapport aux chambres d’hôtel proposées habituellement. Tres bon restaurant juste en face.

Cons: Équipement minimaliste , quasi pas de rangements.

The hotel is amazingly good. We had a good time!!

Pros: I love the structure of the room and the resources available such as refrigerator, kitchen items, washing machine, and more. God for single and family.

Cons: I think everything was ok for me.

立地がよく便利。

Pros: 立地がよく、梅が丘駅から徒歩5分以内。 周りにお店もたくさんあって、便利。 建物は新しく、室内も静かでした。 部屋はシンプルモダンな感じで、テーブルもあって良かった。

Cons: エレベーターがない。 ソファベッドに寝ると階段のライトが窓から入ってくる。

Pricy but worth it!

Pros: Very stylish, very close to wonderful restaurants yet a quite street

Cons: Angry cats pictures wouldn’t let me ignore the cat I’ve left at home 笑😆
