Excellent location easy to get to all areas of Tokyo

Pros: Location close to many train stations. Lots of food options nearby. You can hear the people in the next room a little bit but it doesn’t wake you up or anything. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast etc eggs, sausages and also Japanese style breakfast.

Great value for money

Pros: Really good location and super clean, the staff were also friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned and bed is made every day so you always come back to fresh sheets & clean towels. Despite the room being small the bed & bathroom are quite decently sized for one person so it's still comfortable. There's also free soap, toothbrushes and waterbottles etc available in the lobby as well as facilities to wash clothes which makes it super convenient. The room was also pretty quiet despite being in Tokyo and active construction going on outside during my visit.

Cons: The room is a bit small which is to be expected at this price range in Tokyo, but if you have luggage bigger than a carry on case your space is a bit limited. The pillow was also super firm almost hard, so if you can only sleep on soft pillows that might be an issue for you. There's also an alarm clock built into the headboard that emits a soft light that would be very irritating for a light sleeper. I'm not sure if this is the case for other rooms in the hotel though.

Value for money place.

Pros: Good breakfast, nice location, friendly staff, plenty of beverages and value for money.

Cons: The step to the bathroom was very high.

Great value and location

Pros: The second time I stayed in this hotel. Great location, staff is very attentive and kind, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast. No fuss check in and check out.

Cons: It would be nice to have two pillows. The first time I stayed longer and asked for another one which the staff gave me immediately, this time I only stayed for two nights and forgot to ask.

High value location for a city trip

Pros: Very good location, comfortable room, loads of free stuff in the lobby, the washing and dryer machines!

Pros: Great Location. Restaurants and convenience stores along the route . Free bottled water supply daily. Clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Cons: Toilet had cracked sink and the bidet does not work.

Basic room with good location near interesting restaurants.

Pros: My room was perfect for me but it would have been cramped for a couple. No view but everything was clean and functional.Helpful staff wirh pretty good English. Good value Japanese breakfast.

Cons: They need a good oat based muesli and hot milk to make morning coffee.

Good value for that price.

Pros: Metro lines nearby, Konbinis nearby, 24/7 reception, quick check-in and check-out, free tea and coffee available. Small fridge in the room. Staff was friendly.

Cons: Small room.

Excellent old school hotel

Pros: I loved the location, quite with lots of lovely restaurants around. Strategic point, situated in the middle of Tokyo 20 mins to any major sites like Asakusa and Shybuya so excellent for sightseeing. It is an old school business hotel so it is not packed with tourists which was a major plus for me. The staff is lovely, always available and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, mainly Japanese style breakfast. The room was small but perfectly adequate for one person and the bed and pillows were comfortable for me as I like firm bedding. Self-service laundry available on the 8th floor and it's cheap and quick. I will return again on the way back home at the end of my holidays and I will consider staying here in the future too.

Cons: There isn't really anything that I didn't like.
