Spacious apartment in Tokyo

Pros: A spacious apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. We loved our stay here. Fully equipped kitchen which was a nice bonus. The only thing we missed was some sort of couch where we could 'lounge'. The only thing available was the table with the chairs. Still, we had a great time here and would come back.

Cons: Can be quite noisy because of the street next to it, if you're a light sleeper make sure you have earplugs.

Pros: Clean and comfortable in great location. Easy walk to Shimakitazawa and to the station.

Cons: Umbrellas at the property would be handy!

Pros: Not a bad location. Only a couple stops from Shibuya

Cons: There was a leak in the kitchen. There was no lounge seating area besides the dining table.

Confortable et spacieux

Pros: Maison récemment rénovée très confortable et très spacieuse. Proche d'une gare et d'un quartier agréable. Donne directement sur une voie rapide bruyante mais nous le savions et cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Pros: 駅が近いので、移動に便利だった。食器、家電が揃っているので、長期滞在にもいいと思った。コンビニ、スーパーも近くてよかった。

Cons: ダイニングテーブルのみだったので、ソファーがあるとより寛げたかな、と思った。幹線道路沿いなので、車が通るたびに音と揺れが気になった。

We really enjoyed staying here

Pros: The location of this property was perfect for us as it was close to where my son lives, and just a couple of minutes walk to the train station, grocery store, coffee shops, and the promenade which had several cafes, restaurants, and at the end were lots of shops. The home was spacious for 3 adults and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the heated floors and bidet toilet with heated seat. Most everything in the home and around Tokyo has enough English to manage if you don’t know Japanese. I would stay here again.

Cons: The layout of the home is such that there is no “living room” area to relax in, but the dining chairs are plenty comfortable. We weren’t “home” that much anyway. Too busy exploring Tokyo.

A good place to stay if you need a bit of space, have a big group and want to be in Setagaya.

Pros: I love the proximity to Setagaya-Daita station makes it easy to get to Shimo-Kitazawa by train (or you can walk too), the local Kaldino coffee shop it also good for takeaway coffee and bakery treats. The rooms are a good size and over the place has a lot of space.

Cons: There is no shared room with a sofa, only a dining table and chairs. So relaxing as a group is more difficult. This wasn't a big deal as we were really only there for dinner and sleeping.
