Big and comfortable apartment in a quite and well served neighbourhood

Pros: Bigger room compared to classic Japanese ones. Well furnished. All facilities described were present. The room temperature is good and you can adjust it as you wish with the air conditioner. We also used the washing machine in the house. A lot of space in the guardrobe and for storing luggage. The host is kind, and reply fast to every question. Quite neighbourhood. Close to many supermarkets and combini. Also food around the house is good. We suggest Orion Shokudo. Three minutes walk from Higashi-Nagasaki station (Seibu-Ikebukuro SI line) and 5 minutes walk from Ochiai-Minami-Nagasaki station (Oedo line).

Cons: Some light from outside can trespass the curtains, but for us was not a big issue.

Cons: It would be great if towels are replaced with a better quality and better water absorption.

Genuinely a great Tokyo apartment to stay in without compromise for a reasonable budget.

Pros: Amazing location for tourism or work, with a wonderful surrounding area For a Tokyo apartment for rent it’s spacious enough for pretty much any form of visit. Relatively quiet with well working AC unit. Very clean apartment and kept to a high standard. The bathroom was very clean and well thought out for visiting guest, while being very compact. Good communication with the manager (maybe owner?) via booking in good English, so in doubt be in contact via the booking messages. Full instructions provided on everything (TV / AC / washing machine etc, as well as pointing out useful locations (like coin laundry, convenience store etc). The pictures resemble well what you get. Considering all of that the price is good (~second half of June).

Cons: I am young so it doesn’t bother me, but the stairs to the apartment are steep. So carrying up luggage for older people may be a hassle.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable. The location is beyond praise. There is everything you need nearby. You can quickly and comfortably get to all the sights in Tokyo. The friendly and responsive owner, it was a pleasure to interact with him. Great place, I will recommend to friends and will definitely come back again.

Pros: The apartment is clean, spacious and is well equipped with things that you will need for your stay. It is conveniently located near the train station, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery store.

Cons: The property is located on the second floor, there is no elevator available.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: It was a very nice place, decently spacious especially for Tokyo, netflix and cable on the tv, aircon, nice location near the station that takes you to Ikebukuro from where you can basically go anywhere in Tokyo. The owner was also very helpful and provided guests with an instruction manual with all the important information, stuff like how to operate the aircon, how to get to the place etc. That was very cool!

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like.

I will stay here if I visit Tokyo again.

Pros: Staff is nice, since I arrived early, I requested to check in 1 hour early and my request was fulfilled. Room is big and clean. Location is good, near to train station and not very far from subway. A supermarket is just outside of train station so is very convenient to buy anything. Facilities in the room are functioning properly, I cooked a few meals and did laundry while I stayed.

Cons: Those stairs are terrifying for me since I have big and heavy luggage.

Pros: 근처에 일이 있어서 왔는데 여기 오래 머무르면 좋을 거 같다고 생각했어요! 혼자 지내기에는 너무 여유 있는 공간이었어요. 일본 자취했던 때가 생각나더라고요 ㅎㅎ 드라이기, 옷걸이, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 커피포트, 세탁기, 싱크대, 가스레인지, 식기도구 다 구비되어 있고 미니청소기까지 다 있어요!! 없는 게 없네요. 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 덕분에 잘 지내다 갑니다^^ 바로 근처에 편의점도 있고 역도 가까워요. +계단을 몇 개 올라가야 하기 때문에 날이 밝을 때 체크인하는 걸 추천드려요! 열쇠는 조심히 꺼내세요 밑으로 떨어지면 안돼..

Buen alojamiento con buena ubicación

Pros: Baño y habitación espaciosa, el barrio es tranquilo residencial, tiene un 7 Eleven super cerca y varios restaurantes que están abiertos hasta tarde

Cons: Por poner una pega, pero realmente no fue un gran inconveniente, el tamaño de la cama es justillo para dos personas
