Pros: I enjoyed the drink at the bar, chatting with the staff, which enlightened my stay in this place :) Thank you I appreciated, as well, a lot the Koenji area, the living streets and Izakayas

とても最高なお部屋でした！！ 節約して泊まりたい方はすごくお勧めします！

Pros: とても綺麗な空間でした。 玄関を入るとバーカウンターがあり18:00からそちらはオープンします。 チェックインをするとここのバーの値引き券(500円引き)をもらうことができ、夜にお酒を楽しむことができます。 施設の周りには商店街があり、コンビニもあるので、食べ物飲み物に困りません。 スタッフの方々もとても明るい方々でお話していてとても楽しかったです。 シャワー、トイレが共用なのでそれでもいい方はここで泊まって、浮いた料金で外の居酒屋をはしごしたりバーでお酒を飲むのもいいでしょう。

Cons: 2階のトイレットペーパーの補充ができていなかったので、1日に1回でもいいので確認するかこちら側で補助できるようにして欲しいです。 とても寝室が心地よいのですが、電気を消すと真っ暗なのでベッドの横に簡単な灯りが欲しいです。

新しくて満足

Pros: 一階はBAR、慣れない私にも、和かな挨拶で迎えて下さいます。 建物はレトロだが、内部は美しくリフォームされて何もかも新しい。 共同トイレではあるが、個室横に複数あり、ほぼ専用。並ぶようなこともなかった。 シャワーも誰とも被らなかった。 高円寺からの道中は、飲屋街が続いており、居酒屋というより、オシャレなBARが多い。ここに、女性一人で数日泊まったが、特に危険な空気は感じなかった。 駅前の商店街は下町パラダイス！ 野菜にお肉、飲食店、様々な個人店が楽しませてくれました。24時間スーパーも100均もありました。

Cons: booking.comのサイト表示の建物名は隣です。番地は同じ。 Googleマップでは昔の写真が上がってますが、綺麗にリフォームされ、室内も水まわりもピカピカです。 シャワー室のフックがもう一つ欲しい。 ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ドライヤーが設置されていました。

Pros: super convenient location with all the necessities you really need if you’re looking for a place to sleep!

Cons: The shower room had a small mirror, but I stayed on the first floor, and I wish the room or bathroom had a mirror.

It was clean, convenient and hospitable.

Pros: It was easy to get to and the place was very clean. It was private and quiet.

Cons: Not so much a didn’t like, as the futon on the mats was a little uncomfortable with less cushion than would have been my preference.

Value for money

Pros: It was an interesting combination of bar and lodging. Check-in was simple and straightforward. Clean and well-organized. Friendly staff.

Cons: The bed was comfortable but the height of lower bed was small that I often hit my head. I have to keep bending down to move around. The room was packed with beds and I could hardly move around.

Stay in koenji

Pros: I stayed in the 6 person shared room. Everything was clean and I was comfortable. The staff and the Japanese patrons at the bar were friendly and spoke to me in English. I will stay here again when I return to koenji.

Cons: It may be a little difficult to find the entrance.

高円寺駅チカ、リーズナブルで素泊まりできます。

Pros: 高円寺から歩いてすぐ、26年1月現在、受付がバーカウンターになっていてオンチャージで飲むことができました。外で飲んでから到着して、また飲んでしまいました。お酒好きには最高の宿です！

Cons: 部屋にガラスドア(窓？)があるタイプの部屋に宿泊したのですが、向かいが民家なので着替えたりするので薄くていいのでカーテンがあったらよかったなと思いました。
