Fabulous hotel with great staff and location

Pros: Clean well equipped and a good size room, excellent location staff very friendly!

Cons: Nothing it's great, even has a 7-11 convenience store in the basement!

Pros: Everything! We are returning customers at this one. About 10-12 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Where a city has Daiwa Roynet hotels, we tend to choose them over others. They are a bit more expensive. But I guess we just love this chain. Most times we stay in rooms for 3, and they are slightly bigger. This time, it's a room for 2. Did feel small. But everything else is the same. Clean, has a microwave on each floor, all the toiletries, including facial masks!!

Pros: Location is right next to Ginza, only 5 minutes from tokyo Station Also next to Kyobashi station. Room was small but the price was excellent.

Cons: Had to get every accessories from the front desk - tea, toothbrush etc

Great place to explore Ginza and surrounds - very clean and comfortable

Pros: Excellent location- walking distance to Tokyo station (with kids and luggage). Free face masks, toothbrush and hair oil. Very clean and comfortable

Cons: The double room was very small - like a capsule hotel - but the bathroom was great and for the price we paid, it was excellent

This was our second stay at Daiwa Roynet Kyobashi and we would stay again,

Pros: Very convenient location directly above Kyobashi metro station and within walking distance to Ginza, Tokyo station and Nihombashi shopping districts.

Cons: Insufficient washer/dryers. Also when guests don't promptly pick up their load of washing, everyone else is backlogged.

Pros: location excellent, walkable distance ard 10-15 minutes to Ginza area, safe surroundings, with sukiya breakfast ~3 min walk from hotel. Helpful staff at reception to help with sending packages. plenty of self-serve amenities next to reception

Cons: Lighting in the room could be brighter. Room was a bit small
