新宿一軒家 Private House in Shinjuku

Perfect location

Pros: Great location, peacefull area just a few minutes by walk from the “center” of Shinjuku. Super clean, comfortable. Winter time takes half an hour to heat up the place but after is perfect. Bakery few meters away, and a discount market 1 min away for the groceries. Host is great, answered all the questions very fast and gave us few tips. 10/10

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. The apartment had 2 toilets and umbrellas for rainy weather.

Cons: It was a little bit too far away from all public transportation.

Pros: Everything! From the friendly and quick responses from the host, to the very clean and beautiful residence. Very easily accessible and the neighbours are really lovely and friendly. I was in a group of 4 of us and it worked super well and lots of space for us and suitcases/luggage also. Easy instructions to check in and check out. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will be coming back again!

Pros: Our family of five loved this place. There were two double beds upstairs and two futton downstairs that were perfect for my husband and I and our three children, 17, 15 and 12. Having a toilet upstairs and downstairs was handy along with the washing machine. The neighbourhood is quiet but still close to things you need and the Mine-ya bakery around the corner was a delight, delicious treats and the most friendly service. Would happily stay again 😊

Cons: The outside curtains / blinds were closed and we were not allowed to open (to avoid disturbing the noise sensitive neighbor), very little natural light inside because of this and not practical to bring fresh air.

Pros: La cercanía a shinjuku. Aunque la parada de metro más cercana está a 15 minutos andando, está cerca del centro.

Cons: Cuando llegamos la casa estaba un poco fría. Hubiese estado bien que la aclimatasen antes de que llegásemos.

Pros: Très bien situé, à 10 min des stations de transport. Environnement paisible, quartier de petites maisons familiales. Nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et nous ont permis de laisser nos valises avant le check-in.

Pros: 适合全家人居住，房间很宽敞，设施齐备。对老人和小孩儿很友好！房东的反馈很及时，有任何要求都是很快能满足。非常满意！

Cons: 离地铁站稍微远了一点。如果能够近一点就完美了，特别是玩了一天，走回去有点累。
