Perfect little home to enjoy a quieter side of Shinjuku with easy access to all of Tokyo.

Pros: In a quiet part of Shinjuku but walking to train stations was around 10-15 mins which was great. The beds were very comfortable (better than some of the hotels). Had everything we needed and spacious. Great spot to park up for our final week in Tokyo. Owners were awesome with their communication throughout the lead up to our stay and during. Very grateful i found this place and would stay again. We were 6 adults.

Cons: The traditional dining and lounge were fun but long term stay I think it would become uncomfortable (we stayed 5 nights) that said I’d still happily stay here.

Great house in central location (Shinjuku)

Pros: Fantastic location. So quiet and yet so central! Comfortably fit 2 families- 4 adults and 4 children. Lawson conbini, bakery and supermarket all very short walk away. Washer and dryer on site. Excellent communication with owner.

Pros: Place was clean, spacious and the owners are very friendly,

Cons: Neighbourhood is in a great area but does require minimal noise after 8pm

Exquisite peaceful Tokyo hidden gem

Pros: We loved the elegant exterior and location of this hidden gem. Very professionally managed and responsive owners. To note: the property is in a traditional Tokyo residential area and requires quiet and considerate behaviour especially at night. I’m putting that down as a positive because that’s what we love too - about Japan.

Perfect for a group or family

Pros: Great location in a quiet area but only 12 min walk from golden gai & Shinjuku. The apartment had everything you could need and more. Would definitely recommend

Pros: D'abord, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jonathan, le propriétaire des lieux, qui a lancé une conversation avant même notre arrivée afin de vérifier que notre séjour allait se passer sans aucun souci. Jonathan est très réactif à toutes demandes auxquelles il a de suite trouvé une solution. De plus, il fait tout pour que votre séjour soit formidable. Concernant la maison, elle est juste magnifique, très propre et spacieuse avec un confort et des services très appréciables et utiles pour les touristes comme nous. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Enfin, le quartier est très calme et paisible avec un magnifique jardin japonais au plus proche très reposant.

Pros: 空間很大又很乾淨，價格也不貴 適合整團的家人朋友一起來！ 有問題在booking的訊息上詢問，老闆馬上就會回覆👍

Cons: 浴室廁所只有一間，不過附近有澡堂 走路到車站需要大約10~15分鐘，剛開始感覺還好 但待了兩三天以後感覺有點累🫠

Great location, & bonus there is a bakery 1 min walk from the apartment!

Pros: Excellent communication ahead of time, including clear instructions, directions, and maps. There were six adults (two to a room), and it worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and it is very easy to access the subway within a 10- to 15-minute walk, depending on where you are heading. Highly recommend staying here.

Cons: It's just a preference, but if there are more than six adults, the one shower and toilet might be a bit difficult. They are separate so that you can manage them, but I think it would be tough if you had nine people.

Excellent sejour

Pros: Appartement très propre et parfait pour 2 familles. Très bonne communication avec le proprietaire, qui a en plus eu de delicates attentions à notre egard. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Excellent.

Pros: Spacious apartment, split between two floors. 1st floor had one bedroom plus all other main living quarters. Second floor has the other two bedrooms. Washer and dryer combo is great. Location is quiet and great to get a full nights sleep. The owners are amazing. I definitely will book here again.
