good place to stay

Pros: host allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice. close by to a supermarket and laundromat, very convenient. location is close by to a station as well, about 6-8 minutes walk.

Cons: mattress a bit hard

It did its job as a great accomodation.

Pros: The property was nice and simple! Had all facilities necessary to live!

Cons: A little cramped, no vacuum or dustpan to clean the floors. However cramped space is to be expected in Tokyo!

Pros: 池袋駅・板橋駅へ、徒歩20分で都心へのアクセスが良いです。必要なものは揃っていて、ビジネスホテルのように快適でした。洗濯機と洗剤も揃っていて良かった。到着が早まり、時間前のチェックインを許可していただき、助かりました。ホストからメールの返信が早く、迅速な対応でした。感謝いたします。

Cons: 到着時、窓の鍵が全部開いていたので1階だと防犯面が気になりました。閉めてあるか、自分で確認すれば問題ないです。アメニティに寝巻きがあると助かります。
