Pros: Fully furnished.(missing is flat iron though🥱) Can be easily navigated(location wise)

Cons: Couch was not clean

Great for family

Pros: The place was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at Hotel Fandina Tokyo and will stay again once we are back in Japan! the only down side is not having an elevator since its a little harder because of our luggage and baby stroller. The host was a great communicator and understanding about my baby making a little bit of noise. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.

Clean and spacious

Pros: Clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood, close to train station and convenience store

Cons: Does not have a lift and the people in the apartment above were very noisy overnight

Thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay at hotel fandina!

Pros: The apartment exceeded all expectations. It was so spacious not only for Tokyo standard but for any worldwide destination. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom and smart projector use as a tv alternative! It was around 350m walking distance to the closest train station which is one stop away from the main JR yamanote line so getting around Tokyo was quite easy. The neighbourhood felt very safe and coming back to the hotel was a pleasure after a long day. It had a washing machine and large drying rack which was also very useful. We would highly recommend hotel fandina to anyone visiting Tokyo and would stay here again ourselves.

Cons: The facilities mentioned 24 hour front desk but there is not one. Staff were quite responsive over messages through booking.com, which compensated though.

Pros: Enjoyed our stay — property just a short walk to a train station. walkable distance to a Lawsons and Seven-Eleven for snacks as well.

Cons: No elevator so plan to carry your 50lb. luggages up very steep and narrow flights of stairs!

Pros: この広さ、設備でこの値段は破格値！ 子ども6人連れての大人数での宿泊場所(1部屋)はなかなか見つからないが、みんなで泊まれて、プロジェクターもあり、洗濯→乾燥もできて快適でした！値段も本当に助かります！子どもたちも大喜び、また泊まりたいです！！

Cons: プロジェクターがなかなか映らず、LINEですぐ教えてもらえてよかったですが、最初から映るように設定しておいてもらえるとよかったです

Very comfortable room but small shower and bathroom.

Pros: The bed was big and comfortable, full with amenities, dishes and cooking utensils. The staff answered back very fast and was helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately the shower and the toilet are very small. If you are a tall or big person you might need to use the bathroom with an open door.

Pros: 写真の通りとても綺麗なお部屋でした。子供含め8人での滞在でしたが、広さもとても十分で快適に過ごせました。 暗証番号がわからずチェックイン時（20時頃）にもかかわらず電話するとすぐに対応して頂き、あまり待つことなく入室できました。

Cons: 暗証番号記載のメールが届いていなかった。
