Pros: Good location, nice single room with kind of Japanese traditional accent with tatami and cushion.

Its good of you are looking for something basic in a suberb neighboorhood near a subway

Pros: We got the room on the entrance floor, the room was small but everything was very clean. Had a nice supermarket 2 mins walk + 7eleven. The subway is very close

Cons: You have to take the subway to get anywhere in Tokyo. Felt we didnt have anyone to speak to, had to separate our garbage and throw it ourselves (I guess its not such a big deal but for us it was a hustle)

Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was comfy. The area is convenient as there is a sukiya and two supermarkets close by.

Cons: The remote for the airco didn't seem to work, we couldn't really figure out how to set the airco properly, therefore I got sick from it

Pros: The room is okay but could be better with some wall shells for more storage. Hotel near Minowa station, I can go to Akihabara and Ueno quickly. Surrounded by combini shops, laundry services and restaurants for solo traveler.

Cons: Humid in the ground floor room is quite high.

Pros: Very close to the station also perfect for family of 3. And the hotel staff was very helpful , they noticed we left something behind and even send it for us as soon as they can. Thank you so much again !

Overall our stay was as expected given how much we paid for the apartment. Would most likely stay again if in Tokyo.

Pros: The property was in a good location. The train station is a 5 minute walk. There is. 7/11 a few minutes walk away. The facilities were ok. The driers were very useful as it was quite humid when we stayed. Having washing machine in the room was great. The beds were fairly comfy however, the kids did complain the futon mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable.

Cons: Our bathroom had a very unpleasant damp/mildew smell which was quite overpowering on some days. However, we only really slept and showered in the room and was able to close the door off the hide the smell.

Pros: Very thoughtfully run accomodation. The staff were all so friendly and the room went above what was expected for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the location was comvenient for public transport as well as exploring the local area. I will absolutely stay here again, thank you very much to everyone st KyuKyu :)

Pros: One open room with washing machine, small fridge and extra mattresses for the kids.

Cons: Location was good. Close to train station

Pros: Good location, not far from the station, rooms where small but have everything you need, also free access to clothes dryer.

Cons: No washing machine access on first floor.

Good clean place and good location for our purposes

Pros: Location was good for our trips to Asakusa, Ueno etc and check in & out was simple. Everything functioned fine.

Cons: Reception was ok - could be friendlier
