Pros: I had an amazing stay from check-in to check-out. The host was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, always checking in to ensure every detail of my experience was perfect. Whenever I encountered any difficulties, they were quick to offer help and support. It truly felt like I had made a new friend in Tokyo. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Not noisy at night Best location in the shinjuku center!
Pros: Apartment is very well located in the shinjuku center area but it is not noisy at all compared to kabukicho area so we could sleep deep after lots of walking. JR shinjuku is about 7min and Nishi shinjuku sta is 3min walk so it was convenient for us. Apartment size was tokyo standard but okay for my family coz we spent most of time in tokyo going out. We will stay here again for sure! Highly recommended to all who wanna stay in the main tourist district.

Excellent location for a family trip in the quiet shinjuku area
Pros: We extended a night from other unit in the same building. Wonderful clean place in a great location. Only 3min walk to Nishi shinjuku station. We really loved the quiet safe neighborhood but still close to main attractions of Shinjuku within a short walk. Me and my family could sleep well in the apartment without loud city noise after lots of walking in the city. We would stay again for the next tokyo trip for sure!

Great apartment in the heart of Shinjuku
Pros: Perfect location near all the major attractions and heart of Shinjuku and Shibuya, with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Apartment was very clean and functional for the small size. Apartment owner was generous, friendly and helpful, eager to share his local knowledge, showing us around the local area, recommending places to eat and visit as well.

Very well located apartment, providing everything you need , host 100% available+ best quality/price
Pros: Very good spot near train station , restaurants And attractions. Clean Apartment big enough for 2 adults + 1 children ,quiet neighborhood , the host was next level and showed us all the best spots and was 100% available for any question ! The Apartment provided everything we needed. We will be going back for sure !

Pros: Lage: Sehr zentral – nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Shinjuku Station, dem Regierungsgebäude der Tokyo Metropolitan Government sowie zur bunten und lebendigen Ausgehgegend. Und dennoch liegt das Apartment in einer angenehm ruhigen Umgebung. Das Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet und eignet sich auch für längere Aufenthalte – zum Beispiel mit Waschmaschine, mini Küchenzeile und allem, was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend funktioniert – schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig.
Cons: Das Apartment ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber eher klein – für kurze oder alleinige Aufenthalte jedoch absolut ausreichend.

Pros: O proprietário muito atencioso,nos comunicamos através do WhatsApp, e sempre nos respondia com rapidez,nos deu varias dicas. No apartamento, tem um pocket wifii,q podiamos usa lo fora do apartamento. É um apartamento compacto,mas otimo para 3 pessoas. Tem máquina de lavar,e o proprietário, muito atencioso em deixar sabao em po e amaciante para roupas. Localização,,perto da estação de metrô, e por uma caminhada curta, ja estamos nas atrações de shinjuku,metropoltan building,com uma vista linda e free,perto do Godzila e lojas dom Quixote,bic camera... Perto do apartamento, supermercado, e varias lojas de conveniência
Cons: Só na chegada e ao ir embora ,as escadas,oois nao tem elvador. .mas no dia a dia,as escadas nao atrapalharam. O restante tudo ok.
