A highly recommended stay, especially for families or longer visits in Tokyo.
Pros: Location, about 1 kilometre from Ueno Station, roughly a 10-minute walk. Use the Iriya exit from Ueno Station. 7-Eleven right next door, My Basket Kitaueno and Maruetsu Higashiueno supermarkets also close by. Friendly staff and very helpful. A washer/dryer in the room, laundry liquid provided by the hotel. If you run out, reception is happy to provide more. Kitchenette was very well equipped, with a hot plate/stove, portable oven, microwave, and a generously sized fridge and freezer. It also included mugs, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, and even a rice cooker! Very spacious room (a family of three). A top bunk bed was set up, and underneath was a seating area that could be converted into an additional bed if needed, making it suitable for up to four guests.
Cons: Using access codes—one for the lift and another for the room—takes a little getting used to.

Pros: The location was perfect, mini market right next to it, walking distance from UENO train station. Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff.

Good stay but a bit of walking to train station
Pros: All the facilities and in room equipments are perfect for family to stay.
Cons: Distance between hotel and Ueno station is 13mins by walking. Quite tiring especially with elderly and kids

Great Location, Walking Distance to Ueno Park and Ueno Station
Pros: + Great Location: walking distance to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. There are supermarkets, convenience store, many restaurants, and children playground nearby. + Staffs are friendly and helpful + Room amenities are great: washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, fridge
Cons: - I wish I book a larger room, since the standard room is a bit small for me and my family - No facilities, but it's okay since many amenities and nearby places that's walking distance - Checkout time (10am) is a bit too early (I wish it's 11am-12pm), and they are going to charge you if you don't check out by 40minutes after the checkout time.
