Great apartment near key tourist locations

Pros: The apartment has everything down to the minor things. It got a good washing machine with drying, adequate space and amenities. It is next to a big park for hanami and national stadium for the occasional concert. The location is also an alright walk to Shinjuku or 10 mins by train to Shinjuku. Pretty convenient to go anywhere else too. The proprietor is also very kind, offering to let us drop our luggage earlier as we reached earlier and offering to allow us to check out later.

Cons: It was slightly difficult to contact the proprietor earlier as booking.com notifications are often overlooked. Best to make requests in advance unlike us who had to do everything at the last minute due to booking changes.

Great apartment

Pros: Great little fully stocked apartment. Really good communication with host. We were able to check out late, and they were willing to keep our luggage for us everythough this is a private apartment, no lobby. Lots of playgrounds around for kids. 30 minute walk to Shinjuku

Cons: It's hard to find, didn't get exact location until the online verification was done. The location is within 10 min to train which is great, but nothing really close by (family mart /7eleven: 10 minute walk).

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo !

Pros: Amazing place, fully equipped with literally everything you might need during your stay in Tokyo. All the amenities and handy items are there for you to use. Professional and kind owner, that fully respected our requests and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Perfect for a couple, although you can manage with 3 adults if you don't mind having a little less space inside. Easy and intuitional self check-in and check-out. Metro station, small shops and a beautiful park in a close proximity. Quiet, comfortable, well-designed. All the appliances inside have english translations next to the buttons, so that you can use those with ease. Highly recommend to stay here if you want to explore Tokyo and spend some quality time in a pleasant and comfortable space. Best Regards from Poland !

リッチ最高！

Pros: リッチが良かった。駅から近い(四ツ谷三丁目・国立競技場・千駄ヶ谷) シャンプー等がホテル使用の物だった。備品が揃ってた。(洗濯機、冷蔵庫)

Cons: 前に宿泊した方のであろう物があった事😅 タオルがヨレヨレだった。

とても快適でした

Pros: 東京体育館にライブがあったの利用しました 会場まで10分かからず便利でした 急なトラブルにもはすぐに対応してくれて助かりました テレビでYouTubeやネトフリが見れたのも良かったです 冷蔵庫 レンジ ポット食器も揃っていたので助かりました

Cons: ベットが3台入っていたので 部屋の余白が少なかったかな

Pros: 比較的新しい建物で清潔感があり掃除も行き届いている。本当に大体なんでも揃ってます。近所に「まいばすけっと」と「ミニストップ」あり。縦型洗濯機が乾燥機付き(なので匂いも気にならない)、洗剤各種あり 。浴室暖房・乾燥もあり。トイレとお風呂が別々。シャンプーコンディショナーボディソープは結構いいもの置いてます。ドライヤーとヘアアイロン？巻くやつ？どちらか分かりませんがありました。 食器用のスポンジは新品。 無段階で調光できるルームライト。 施設設備について事前の問い合わせに親切に答えてもらえました。

Cons: この価格なら満足度はかなり高いです。 不満というほどのことはないですが、参考までにあえて言うなら、 駅から徒歩7〜8分一部高架下の道は少し暗め(写真での道案内あり)、大人３人で泊まるとスーツケースを広げると床がいっぱいになる。ベッドは結構柔らかくて好みの分かれるところ。エキストラベッドはソファーベッドでちょっと寝心地はイマイチ。クローゼットがなく、ハンガーがもう少し欲しいかも。歯磨き粉は普通のチューブが置いてあるので、気になる人は自分で用意するといいと思います。(歯ブラシはあり)

It’s still small for 2 ppl, it’s hard to imagine 4 ppl in this place.

Pros: Super clean and tidy. Everything works fine. Bed a bit too soft otherwise comfortable.

Cons: This is not a hotel and communication with host is not very unresponsive. It’s far from the subway after a long day of walking in Tokyo. Otherwise 12minutes walk is not too bad.

Pros: 部屋がキレイで清潔感がありました。 玄関の下足棚のようなものがあるともっと良かったです。3人分の靴で埋まってしまいました。
