Minn Nihonbashi Suitengumae

Pros: Closer to Airport Limosine stop (CAT 1). A few metro stations and convenience stores at walking distance. Big and clean rooms equipped with most of the modern technology (e.g. USB-C port for charging, hair straightener!, etc.)

Cons: Cleaning doesn't happen within a span of 2 nights, but not really an issue.

Comfortable, clean, perfect location

Pros: Location was 5 minutes to the train station and limousine bus service with direct transfers to Narita and Haneda Airport.

Staffs were very attentive. The check-in and check out process very convenient.

Pros: Staff were very professional and helped out a lot. Thanks for make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The cloud concierge also answered the questions very quickly. The room amenities are complete - all utensils and washer in the unit were useful. I love the bunk beds and the layout. Very suitable for family.

Pros: It was very well decked with items to make our stay convenient and comfortable. They even had a hair curler for those who need to curl their hair. And the pantry was well stocked with items for usage convenience

Pros: New and very well equipped. First time stayed in an accommodation which provides hair straightener and hair curlers! Few minutes walk from TCAT, quiet neighbourhood, room with excellent sound proof. I stayed in quadruple room, it’s spacious for Tokyo standard.

Great amenities and size

Pros: Large and comfortable with great amenities it was only 5 min walk from the subway station but about 20 min to the JR line so if your using JR it’s a bit far

Cons: It had everything by an iron and there was no English instructions for the washing machine

Great location, easy and convenient- everything a family needs.

Pros: The location was excellent-close to train stations. Close to small food marts and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was cute and had everything you needed.

Cons: The beds were hard and we all got sore backs. But everything else was great!

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here.

Other than the floors , which may have been forgotten . The hotel was great.

Pros: The location and the concept of the hotel was really great. The staff were friendly and felt welcoming. Having a washer/dryer in the room was fantastic and the option of a kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and being by the tcat was very convenient. Also having that kinda space was so nice which can be hard to find in most hotels.

Cons: The cleanliness was questionable. The floors near the beds were very dirty and since the mattress were on that floor platform it was hard to feel clean. Had to use personal wipes to clean up hair,toe nails and food crumbs before going to sleep.
