DENCHI TOKYO - Private Designer Stay in Asakusa

Pros: Beautiful central placement to everything in Tokyo - the atmosphere of the accomodation itself was beautiful and a good balance between modern style and authentic Japanese style. Friendly and informative staff

Wonderful stay in a lovely neighbourhood.

Pros: Accomodation was excellent for a family of 5 with teenagers. They were kind enough to store luggage for us before checkin. Location was perfect, really nice to get away from the chaos of Shinjuku where we had been staying for our last two nights. Loved the two showers and toilets for our large family.

Cons: Extra bedding and pillows would have been fantastic, maybe they were there but we couldn’t find them. Everything else was perfect!

Pros: The apartment was exactly as descibed, and had two very cute bunk beds that the kids loved. There were additional facilities that I hadn't expected such as coffee and tea. And a bath! Fantastic.

Cons: I would have liked a properly separate bedroom instead of a curtain.

Loved it! We will be back.

Pros: Our family of four stayed here for a couple of nights start at Japan trip and for our last night in Tokyo. Honestly it was perfect. One bed each for the adults and a little cozy capsule style bed for each of our adult kids. The place is really well equipped and has super fast Wi-Fi. Two showers and two toilets so the girls were happy. The location suited us perfectly as it was a nice authentic residential neighborhood quite close to the bustle and shopping of Asakusa. We arrived on a very early flight and had arranged to leave our luggage whilst we explored waiting for the check-in later on. When we checked out they were also kind enough to look after our luggage for another three or four hours.

Cons: Only thing I could fault was that I thought it was more of a guest house but actually it was more of a an apartment and there wasn't really a reception that was open much. So a lot of the communication was through the booking.com app.

Pros: Location, layout, extra toilet, everything. Amazing quiet apartment close to a few train stations and plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Cons: Nah, all good.

Pros: Asakusa area is so nice, lively during the day and peacefull in the night. This appartment was perfect for family of four, but fits up to six. Two showers and separate toilets is a big plus!

Cons: One big space, with little privacy among people staying there.

Pros: Immaculate clean, spacious and very central to major sights

Cons: Staff did not respond to queries, though any automated messages were detailed.

Pros: Loads of space, very clean and comfortable. 2 separate showers with lovely soft towels. Power points by bed. Well thought out with storage space for luggage in room. Good location for train station and shops and bars/eateries close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.
