Good stay

Pros: The property was nice and clean. It was easy to get around. The facilities were good towels were replaced when needed to, keys to the room.

Pros: Spacious, plenty of beds. Location is very close to the train station and plenty of restaurants around the area

Cons: Going up the stairs is tough, especially while carrying luggage

Pros: Very nice, clean, quiet and cozy place which met our expectations. Conveniently located, a few minutes from Otsuka station, Yamanote line. Kids loved the upper bed very much😉 Great communication with the host. Thank you!

Pros: Excellent location next to a tram stop and a short walk from the Yamanote line. Comfortable beds, clean and lots of space. Friendly hosts who are helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here, me and my friends were all very impressed

Cons: Only thing that could be improved is better blinds as they let in a lot of light in the morning.

Cons: Steep stair access might be an issue if you had heavy cases

Pros: Ver friendly staff went above and beyond. When a typhoon was approaching, they immediately asked us if we wanted to stay longer than originally booked. 7 min walk from Otsuka stations, rigth next to an area with 7/11s, supermarkets and various restaurants.

Cons: That we had to leave.
