Perfect location

Pros: Brilliant location, loved getting breakfast treats from local bakery. Easy to use pincode to access room. Very clean. Great to have the separate tatami room for kids to sleep Handy washing machine.

Pleasant stay, quiet and comfortable

Pros: Good location, quiet and comfortable room, size was pretty good for Tokyo.

Cons: Check in process slightly long, I’d prefer to enter all my details before arriving and just get the code to the room when it’s ready.

Pros: The manager/owner was very understanding and accommodating. We arrived early and we wanted to drop our luggage in the facility. As the room was already clean, they let us check in 2 hours earlier. The amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was very good.

Pros: “Mind-blowing! The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops, restaurants and train station. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff were polite and helpful . We arrived 2 hours early, and staff let us check in early. Thank you.

Very impressed!

Pros: Not sure why everyone is saying that is very small…We had one big luggage, a medium o e and two ( medium to big ) backpacks and fitted very well. I think the room is very well organised so you can fit everything in. Plus the location + neighbourhood it’s amazing! I regret not booking more days here. Also liked the way check in works… very intelligent and well made!
