Wonderful introduction to Tokyo

Pros: It was great and exactly what we needed for our first days in Tokyo. It made us fall in love with Shinjuku which is now my favourite part of Tokyo! The area was nice and Nishishinjuku train station is not too far from the apartment. We caught a Narita JR Line express from the airport and caught a taxi from shinjuku main train station which is not far from the apartment hotel.The staff online were very responsive and helpful. The amenities were great.

Pros: Location was great, away from the craziness of Shinjuku centre. The place is so new and clean and had so much space. We booked it last minute as a replacement for other accommodation.

Cons: It was hard to check in the link didn't work. We had to buy a rack to dry our clothes on.

Unbelievable

Pros: The hotel felt very comfortable and home-like. Everything was new and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The self check-in process was easy and clear to follow. The only small suggestion would be having a slightly earlier check-in time. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we really enjoyed it.
